The house itself is fantastic , lots of nooks to escape to if your a large group , beds are really comfy & the kitchen is really well equipped. Plenty of room for all 8 of us ( 6 adults & 2 kids ). 5 mins drive to St Ives , lots of different beaches to choose from ,some as close as 5 mins drive , but all within 20 mins drives & all amazing. "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
