Large apartment, quiet, spacious and pleasant rooms, you can rest and enjoy aperitifs, or take your meal, on a quiet terrace, not overlooked, adjoining the apartment.

Located in the city center, close to all shops, accessible on foot, access to the beach as well as to the highway, are easy, Spain is 20 minutes by car, Skiing 90 kms, the beach at 13 kms, courses and tourist sites await you upon your arrival.
In addition, significant interest, you can park your car on the street in front of the apartment and there is no parking meter. You can leave your vehicle quietly to go visit the surroundings by bus at 1 euro, without worry of payment.
It is better to rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday than day by day when the price differs. All payments are accepted. Bank transfer, check, when the request is made 60 days before arrival.
If the request is made 3 weeks before arrival, 50% on the day of booking by bank transfer and 50% in cash on the day of delivery of the keys.
You will feel good in this place, calm and pleasant. Everything is done for you to have a great holiday.
You are welcome in all seasons, both winter and summer, not to mention spring and autumn.

Très bon séjour, appartement spacieux et d’une propreté irréprochable. Anne est disponible et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Emplacement au calme et proche du centre ville à pied, places de stationnement gratuites au pied de l’appartement.

Le calme, le climat et la lâcher-prise....
Situé à moins de 10 min à pied du centre-ville historique, ce spacieux appartement et très bien équipé est l'idéal pour ceux qui recherchent un endroit reposant. En effet, il est idéal pour une famille de 6 personnes. Dans une rue très calme, à 15 minutes en voiture des plages du Canet-en-Roussillon et de St-Cyprien. La propriétaire ? Une chaleureuse dame, pleine de bonté, et de bonne humeur, qui nous a accueilli et accompagné durant notre séjour avec toute sa bienveillance. Je peut vous dire que l'hospitalité chez elle, ce ne sont pas de vains mots. Seul petit bémol, peut-être : Certains meubles assez anciens, mais fonctionnels tout de même. ce qui n'enlève en rien le charme de cet appartement. Merci encore de la part de toute ma famille.

Anne has been very helpful right from the beginning, and her place is large enough for a family and very very well organised, with everything you could think of. Anne has been very keen to help before the check-in and is happy to offer any missing item or information. The neighbourhood is what you could expect from a city in the south of France, with all the pros and cons; otherwise, the location is fine, very quiet even at night time, close to essential shops and at a walking distance from the city centre. In summer, make sure to use mosquito repellent if you want to sleep the windows opened.

Anne was a efficient host and very detailed checking in process. Accommodation is good.
We stayed as a family of 6 with 4 children for 2 weeks. We were comfortable staying here. My main issue was the internet which you are sharing with host apartment so can only be used in the master bedroom of the apartment which made life quite a challenge. I did pick this apartment as it stated it had internet so dissatisfied as a 2 week booking so had a significant impact on our stay. Furniture needs updating as had to be careful with everything and outside street is noisy as commercial premises below and busy part of town. Parking ok but small spaces so van is difficult to park. Price was good and we did have a satisfactory stay despite issues.

Große liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im Herzen Perpignans
Die sehr geräumige Wohnung liegt sehr günstig, so dass man vieles zu Fuß erreichen kann (Altstadt, Geschäfte, Museen, Königspalast...), jedoch immer einen kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Straße findet. Die Region ist reich an Ausflugszielen jeder Art, die gut zu erreichen sind. Besonders gut haben uns die Orgues in Ille sur tet, die Gorgues du Galamus und der Safaripark in Sigean gefallen. So manches Kulturelles Ziel ist angesichts des Alters unserer Kinder und den hohen Temperaturen auf der Strecke geblieben ;-) Einen Stern ziehe ich ab, da die Wohnung doch sehr warm war und auch nachts leider nicht wirklich abgekühlt hat.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.. Mme COMES est une personne très acceuillante et chaleureuse. La maison est très propre et confortable, nous avons beaucoup appréciés de prendre nos petits déjeunés et repas sur la terrasse. Rapport qualité/prix rien à redire Nous étions a proximité de tout, commerce, pas trop loin des plages et de très jolies sites à visiter .. Très agréable appartement
Location à prendre sans hésitation, l'appartement est bien situé. Les accès à la plage sont faciles, il y a plein de découvertes à faire. Pour ce qui concerne les courses nous pouvons les faire à pied. Nous pouvons garer la voiture dans la rue sans problème. Quant à l'appartement il est très confortable, vous avez tout à votre disposition comme à la maison !!! De plus la propriétaire est gentille, serviable et le ménage est très bien fait. Nous sommes allés dans cette location deux fois de suite alors n'hésitez pas !!! Au fait, le quartier est calme avec de bons restaurants autour et des marchés sympas.

Relaxing apartment.
Clean, well situated first floor apartment with open aspect from living room and kitchen and with an enclosed terrace. All rooms were a good size. Shops and supermarket close by. Convenient to rail & coach station. and central attractions. Anne Comes, the landlady, was friendly and kind and spoke good English and provided any advice when requested. We enjoyed a good traditional Catalan meal at a recommended open-air restaurant, Le Figuier. for my daughter's 21st. Who is studying languages at the nearby University. The Palace of the Kings of Majorca is a short walk away with fantastic views from the top. Spent a day at Canet Plage with No. 6 bus 1 Euro ticket. Great beach and good for swimming. Visited a few of the Photo Journalism exhibitions which is an annual event. The lounge was a nice place to relax and the kitchen was spacious and good to eat in. We enjoyed a few meals on the terrace which is partially covered and nice and cool. I would thoroughly recommend this property and we all enjoyed staying there.
