"Fantástica nova propriedade totalmente focada nas crianças, excelentes actividades e equipa de animação fenomenal para proporcionar umas inesqueciveis férias aos mais pequenos. Para o valor, acho que podem variar um pouco mais nos buffets, achei a variedade de comida fraca para os standards Vila Galé e sugiro que coloquem mais amenities nos quartos (só tinha gel e champô 2 em 1). "Large room, large bathroom, lots of closets, few hangers. Shaving mirror in bathroom which doubled as a nightlight. Quiet area. Some distance from restaurants. There was a wine tasting event in the lobby and guests were invited to attend. That was a pleasant surprise. "

"We stayed over during winter time (December) to check ou the Hotel for an event in May. The surroundings are gorgeous and you can feel the calm of Alentejo right in. The food is absolutely delicious and staff very friendly and available. A note: majority of the rooms does not have bathroom door, which came a bit as a surprise. The suites do have door but are in need of a little TLC in the bathroom to bring it to a 5* review hotel. Overall a lovely stay and will be able to stay again!"

"Fabulous old historic building. The staff were very friendly. Restaurant had limited menu and food was ok nothing to rave about. As a Gold VIP member I was not given the bottle of wine as a perk and I had to ask for it. Also there was no mention of an upgrade. This part of the service was disappointing. "
