"I stayed in the apartment for a couple of days during a work trip to Sibenik, in December! I couldn’t be luckiest with the west though. The apartment is just like the photos or better, cosy apartment with all you need in a lovely location in the old town. Very close to the Cathedral and port, lovely walks around. Very easy communication with the owner who was really helpful. Highly recommended "

"Apartment was comfortable, modern decorated and a good bed. Stove, fridge and supplies as promised. Nice modern bathroom and good shower. It is right in the middle of old town, so if you have a car you will need to park away from there. There is a lot with day rates, but its a 10 min walk. We were fine with it though - but just know that going into it. Also other lots closer are hourly, so expensive if you're staying a couple days. The courtyard photo looks nice but we never used it. "When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"We had an excellent week at Villa Aquamarie. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The small touches of cheese and ham on arrival and then the complimentary cakes which ‘appeared’ in the fridge were lovely. Thank you. Ana was very easy to communicate with and was easy to arrange a transfer through. She even came to say goodbye to us. My only one small comment would be the bed which creaked a lot every time you moved on it. This does need fixing. Otherwise all perfect. Close...

"From the minute we arrived, Iveca and his family did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and with wonderful views from the balcony. Relaxing by the beautiful private pool was a highlight of the holiday as was the delicious meal that Iveca cooked for us. The location was fantastic, with beaches and cafes in walking distance.
