"We stayed for 5 nights and it was simply amazing. This property has been owned by a husband and wife for 25 years. They maintain it very well and the room was way nicer than the 2 star rating this hotel has. Breakfast was amazing and delivered to our patio each morning once requested. Housekeeping daily and they reset our room each time perfectly. We had a perfect view of the caldera from our patio every single day. Highly recommend!"

"We book the Helios house, it was actually quite cozy inside and a very interesting interior layout design, Maria the person we were in contact with was very friendly and very responsive to requests and made a lot of things easy during our stay. "The owners of the property were extremely nice and very helpful. They cleaned the apartment every day at no extra cost. I arrived very late and my husband got lost and the owner’s wife was very kind to help find my husband and also help us to carry our bags. She made sure every day to provide us with clean towels, also she welcome us with fruit, water and a bottle of wine. If I have to come back I will come to their place again. We are extremely happy with the service. "

"We had a great stay at Nefeli Homes. The room was very nice with its own private balcony. Although we did not use it much because the common area at the top of the hotel was spectacular. You can see even the other side of the island where the beaches are. You see the island itself with the monastery at the top of the mountain.
