"Great hotel within easy walking distance of the centre El Calafate. We stayed in September and, while it was cold outside, all areas of the hotel were nice and warm. All the staff we encountered were similarly very warm and friendly. The buffet breakfast was a little limited in terms of savoury options, but was perfectly adequate. The pool area was clean and the water was a good temperature; it's just a pity that it's not open in the morning for days when one isn't heading out early. Overall though, we found the hotel offered very good value for money and would certainly stay there if we visit the region again in the future. "

"The property is a bit far from downtown Calafate but when you have excursions the group that you hire will come and pick you up. The hotel is relatively new. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The heating system is great . The front desk helped with all the bookings we needed even when the airline changed my flight they helped with my connecting flight change.breakfast is included and the girl in the kitchen cooked our eggs every morning Highly recommended "
