Welcome to 'Hydrangeas' to stay in the map in Périers in Manche, in the center of the Cotentin. This charming little house renovated recently, will be very nice to stay there a couple with one or two children (max 3, depending on age), or in the company of a senior, and discover Cotentin and its surroundings through ideal geographical location in the center Manche. Or, it will give the opportunity to our summer visitors come to visit family while ensuring everyone's independence. A living-room, all near the bathroom, toilet and kitchen, also allow a person with disabilities to live a pleasant stay in complete autonomy.

In September, leaving early in the morning at the Fair of Lessay on the axis St-Lô Périers! The famous "Holy Cross" dates from the Middle Ages and even today, people come from far away. Because for many, not want to miss this appointment 3 days: Frequently Asked animals (horses, dogs ...), agricultural shows and various exhibitions (manufacturers all types, manufacturers, suppliers ...) for exhibitors house and "unpackers" ...

Séjour au top !
Critique tardive puisque le voyage est vieux de début Juin mais mieux vaut tard que jamais ! Nous sommes partis entre amis le vendredi soir pour participer au célébrations du débarquement en Normandie (nous sommes Picards et avons rejoins un ami de Loire-Atlantique). Logement conforme aux photos et descriptions, très agréable comme pied-à-terre normand et relation avec les propriétaires excellente qui sont adorables, ils ont fait preuve d'une grande souplesse et confiance ce qui a été très plaisant. Propriétaires au top, logement au top, région au top !! Très très bon souvenir.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in der Normandie - ideal für Familien mit Kindern!
Eine neu renovierte Ferienwohnung über zwei Etagen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, Küche, Bad, 3 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 4-5 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Direkt neben der Küche eine schöne Terrasse. Separater Zugang und Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, direkt an der Landstraße. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und alles funktioniert. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und unsere Vermieterin war - wie immer - sehr zuvorkommend und sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Beautiful apartment in Normandy - ideal for families with children ! A newly renovated apartment over two floors . The equipment is very good , kitchen, bathroom , 3 bedrooms with 4-5 Sleeps . Right next to the kitchen a nice patio . Separate access and parking right outside the front door . Conveniently located just off the highway. The apartment is nicely furnished , clean and everything works . We did not miss anything and our landlady was - as always - very accommodating and very friendly . We will come back !

magnifique
cette location idéalement située pour visite les points forts de la normandie ( plages du débarquement, mont st michel.....) est magnifique!!!!! restaurée avec charme et très bien entretenue c'est un havre de paix (isolation et literie impéccables) sans compter sur les propriétaires qui sont réellement charmants et prevenants ( merci et bravo à vous 2!!! ). les petits- déjeuners en terrasse au son des oiseaux et à 10mn à pied toutes les commodités un vrai atout!!! pour les couples avec enfants en bas age tout est prévu et le portail fermé ils peuvent jouer en toute tranquilité... pour les retraités vous profitez de cette belle région sans le bruit des zones hyper touristiques avec moins d'une heure de route... une voiture est indispensable pour les visites touristiques mais pour ceux qui souhaitent s'accorder un moment de décompression (comme nous entre amis) c'est l'idéal!!!

MAGNIFIQUE
à l'identique des photos, cette maison très bien restaurée et entretenue est un havre de paix!!! idéalement située pour visiter les points forts de la Normandie sans le tumulte des zones hyper fréquentées....à 10mn à pied vous avez toutes les commodités ( artisants, grande surface..).. Tout est prévu pour les enfants en bas âge .... la terrasse est un vrai bonheur pour prendre les petits déjeuners au son des oiseaux!! l'isolation (meme proche d'une rue passante) et la literie sont de très bonne qualité, la rénovation est à l'image des propriétaires chaleureuse on se sent très vite apaisé.... Que ce soit pour visiter cette région ou pour décompresser d'une vie trépidante ( comme nous entre amis) c'est l'endroit idéal..... un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et à l'attention dont ils font preuve CONTINUEZ!!!! pour le plaisir de tous les prochains heureux locataires et le notre lors d'une prochaine visite.....

Bon séjour, quelques hics !
Bons échanges par mail pour la réservation. Cependant, une fois sur place, nous regrettons : - de ne pas avoir vu la (les) propriétaire(s) à notre arrivée, - de ne pas avoir eu d'états des lieux d'entrée et de sortie, - de ne pas avoir eu les deux vélos électriques comme indiqué dans l'annonce à notre réservation, - de ne pas avoir eu de machine à laver, de barbecue et de lave vaisselle comme indiqué dans l'annonce à notre réservation. Pour la machine à laver, c'est nous qui avons du demander aux propriétaires et nous avons appris qu'elle était tombée en panne, tout comme le lave-vaisselle, ce qu'on regrette c'est que le remplacement ne ce soit pas fait avant notre arrivée. Nous avons du dépenser 9,50€ à la laverie automatique avant l'arrivée d'une machine à la location. Pendant la semaine, une machine à laver et un barbecue ont été installés à la location (tous les deux, d'occasion). Nous regrettons qu'une grille neuve de barbecue n'est pas été achetée. Le vélo disponible n'était pas électrique, n'était pas de première jeunesse et pas (ou très peu) entretenu. À part tout cela, qui nous a quand même embêté, la maison est agréable pour une semaine à 3 adultes (un bain de soleil pour 3). Le jardin est agréable et sans vis à vis. La rue passante n'est pas un problème grâce aux vitres (un peu de bruit dans le salon à cause de la porte). Donc pour finir, quelques améliorations d'entretiens et d'équipements rendront cette location parfaite.

Un séjour très agréable...
Maison très bien aménagée avec une terrasse permettant de profiter du soleil (si, si, il y en a en Normandie !), située dans une petite ville (...ou un gros village) à l'écart des groupes de touristes ce qui permet de bien gouter à l'atmosphère normande et de bénéficier de bons conseils des commerçants. D'autre part, Périers est un centre idéal tant pour aller vers les plages du débarquement que pour faire une petite incursion en Bretagne (Saint-Malo notamment). Et s'il y a une amélioration à apporter, c'est au vélo qui avait, en aout 2013, un pneu à plat : on aurait aimé pédaler pour aller chercher les croissants du matin ;-) A part cela, à recommander !

Très bon séjour... Logement très agréable
Description de la location, situations : très bien Propreté : pas de problème Conseils propriétaires : bien Logement bien situé pour nos visites axées sur la mer et la nature (Havre de St Germain sur Ay, Baie des Veys, Le Rozel ...), assez bien adapté à notre famille. Petits regrets : en cuisine : pas de grille pain, ni de couteau à huitres. pour un séjour plus long, il serait intéressant d'avoir un couchage deux places dans le salon du bas.
