"Words cannot describe how much our family of 15 enjoyed our week at this beautiful villa on amazing Lake Garda. Maria Laura was such a wonderful host. The villa designed and built by her grandfather was amazing and so much better than the pictures portrayed. The view of Lake Garda was incredible especially the sunsets. We really enjoyed visiting several towns on Garda , daytripped to hike in the Dolomites, day trip to Venice , and Padua and even got tickets for outdoor opera in Verona. We...

No, it did not have a hot tub - but it turns out that VRBO have been adding this to many of their properties. "This villa is lovely and old and very spacious. The hosts are beyond charming and so helpful. We were able to enjoy being in the country while also being very proximate to cities, towns, wine tasting and other activities, like hilltop hiking. The kitchen was not the most convenient for home cooking for Americans used to a more modern kitchen, but we managed. Our hostess made our first dinner, which was so nice and so delicious. This is an optional add-on. "

"Having two cars this was perfect for our family. It was 20-30 minutes to drive to Bardolino, Garda etc and about 45 minutes to drive to the Monte Baldo lookout. There is a great restaurant with a view right around the corner, you could walk if you wanted. It was very hot while we were there so we opted to drive most places. The games etc provided were nice for the down time between our adventures and the other amenities would have been perfect had we stayed longer. Even without AC the house...

"Villa Rochelle is simply wonderful. The villa has everything you need and over many levels which lead into the many bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make your morning coffee or a pasta dish with ingredients from the nearby shops. "We came into town for a friend’s wedding and stayed here with 8 people. It comfortably fit all of us and was both spacious and clean. Andrea the host was very accommodating and even left us some welcome snacks. The property was in great condition and the view of the lake and the island were terrific. We loved our stay here and if we ever returned to lake garda we would definitely stay again."
