Casina al Vento is a charming suite located in the Tuscan countryside, precisely in Valdambra, a few km from Arezzo, and on the border with the Chianti area.
You will find a private entrance with garden, parking and outdoor dining area with barbecue.
The property also boasts a beautiful pool (14 x 7 m), surrounded by nature and equipped with external shower, gazebo and sun loungers. The pool is provided with an electric locking system, and guests can open and close it as they please.

Internal Description

Casina al Vento is set on the ground floor on one single level, and can accommodate up to 6 people for a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The first floor of the property is closed and empty, therefore the garden and the pool are exclusively available for customers.
There is also a double sofa bed + 1 extra single bed to be used if necessary. Small pets are allowed on request. Internet Wifi available.
You will find: a bright living room with 2 sofas, tv, stereo and a portable air conditioner; an open space with large dining table, sofas, desk and large French window; a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms: one with a spacious shower (with 2 shower heads) and one with bathtub and shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay by credit card 300,00€ security deposit, which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
