"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see...

"Ein wunderbar ruhiger Ort in der Toskana. Die Kommunikation war immer hervorragend. Der Pool war das Highlight für die Kinder. Um vom Parkplatz bis zur Unterkunft zu kommen, muss ein bisschen Muskelkraft aufgrund des Höhenunterschieds mit eingerechnet werden."

"Could not have asked for more the grounds, the house, the hostess, the surroundings . . . All just beautiful and wonderful. Felt like I could have spent a month there. The hostess was so nice and so helpful. On the last night we had the chef and owner from a local restaurant, Mimo come and cook for us. It was like a movie. He was such a good cook, so nice. Sat down and talked to us and had a glass of wine . . . It was wonderful, felt like we had a much better understanding of Italy."

"Travelled to this area many times before. Familiar with properties in the area, many with gravel drives. Add made no mention of the road condition of the driveway. Four adults in a small rental car - took three attempts to get up the initial part of the driveway, each time having to precariously reverse back out. Reached out to host for help and she drove down to meet us. We followed her back up the narrow, pothole-ridden, unlit, almost 1km drive, bottoming out three times. Realizing there was...

"This was truly a last minute-idea for us and the owners were extremely flexible and kind to let us come on such short notice. We had a nice stay, the wi-fi didn't work most of the time, but that was never a problem for us. A cozy house with a beautiful view!"

"The situation is secluded and delightful. The only sounds were from the birds and the occasional car. The house was spotlessly clean and the lady owner was charming. We loved exploring the nearby hill-top towns and we ate some delicious food. Because the house is quite high there was a welcome breeze. The pool was exceptional."

"I have to say the view drom the property was great nothing but forrest and bordering the national park.Cuckoos in the morning and evening, Jays, Hares, Wolves, although we did not see any of the wolves as they have been re-introduced to the national park. The road to the place was a bit of a bumpy drive but we got used to it. Bibbiena the nearest town was great that is the old town with several bars and retaurants. Easy asccee to all surounding towns and places to see, great location. Visted...

"Words can't can't describe how much we enjoyed our stay. Anna became one our family and ours hers. She brought a doctor to the unit so I was able to get a needed prescription. She stopped by daily to say hi and we learned to use translate to communicate which was lots of fun. The grounds offer plenty of privacy. Sienna is not far and Multapulciano"

Cristina nous a bien accueillie, la maison est très fonctionnelle, Il y a une belle terrasse couverte et un petit coin de verdure privé. La maison est entourée de vignes et d'oliviers, nous avons pu déguster l'huile et le chianti produits sur place. "The service at this hotel was impeccable. We were running late for our wine tasting but they were still SO accommodating! The rooms were beautiful and the view from the hotel are amazing. It was super accessible to everything. Also, the parking options were great - highly recommend. They're so responsive through texting and it was great to have this level of service. Highly rec! "

"Beyond the peace and tranquility offered by the setting, it truly felt like the guests’ wellbeing was prioritized- the spaces (I viewed three before making a decision) were clean and orderly, the staff was incredibly attentive, the restaurant was enjoyable, and the overall experience was a very positive one."
