"The rooms are modern/ clean/ up to date, with lovely balconies (with screens so can sleep with door open, and laundry hanging option too if needed). Kitchenette ( dishes& stove) in room is awesome. Real shower heads with glass doors! Beds are firm, but that seems to be the norm in Greece for moderate priced rooms. We booked a room last minute when our original hotel (Olympic) contacted us to say they were overbooked, leaving us without a room just days before our arrival in Parga. There is no hot water, it is dirty, in chaos, full of insects, feels run down, the fridge is dripping, my husband fell off a chair because it is an old old plastic chair, everything is so old and shabby.
