And on checkout, I needed to check out in early morning due to my flight time, but no one was there at the reception although I was told it is open 24/7. Some of the workers there kindly called someone to come after waiting for 15 minutes. I think it would be a lot more...

"First of all, we were actually impressed and glad that upon arriving early in the morning with no notice to the hotel, they had our room ready. But then once seeing the room - dirty and stuffy, we weren’t too happy anymore. Food is a buffet, so expectations weren’t high to begin with. It is self served, including beverages. The hotel will provide you a “taxi” company business card and they charge you double what the the local taxi cabs will but won’t tell you anything about how to get a hold of...
