Barruera, com altres pobles del voltant, és molt bonic amb el seu riu i la verdor de les muntanyes. Desde la casa pots fer diferents rutes de senderisme, passejades, bici, etc. També i molt interessant és fer la ruta del romànic. "

"The accommodations were generally fine. The biggest issue was communication with the host who spoke no English. He tried hard but it was difficult. There were no instructions other than how to enter the condo. We’re used to having a host leave restaurant recommendations, things to do, points of interest, places to shop, how to use the washing machine, etc. The kitchen implements were dated. "Set in a small village with a cute old street, this apartment had everything we needed for a short stay in the summer. Located in the centre of the valley, it has reasonable access to various local sites and facilities (by bus or car) and hiking from the front door. A nice municipal outdoor pool is a couple of mins walk. Good easy comms with owners prior to visit through WhatsApp."

"Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."
