"This property is an amazing location, and all the historical sites are within walking distance. The restaurants located in the square below are marvelous, and the host was excellent at communication and assisting with arranging transportation. "

"Our family group of three adults and three kids loved staying in this house, which had a slightly quirky layout but some beautiful spaces and the bonus of an indoor pool to cool off in after hot days exploring Athens. The area is very interesting - lots of little bars and cafes around the place, and well off the tourist trail, but still within striking distance of Parthenon etc. We got cheap and easy Uber taxis but walking is possible too."

Sure you could find a house overlooking the sea, but this house is centrally located to all the major sites, food stops and attractions (including the airport!) you could want to see. "Plenty of room. Nice street but surrounding area a bit run down. Easy 25 minute walk to Acropolis. Good restaurants, supermarket and shops within walking distance. The indoor pool was a hit. The only real downside was that the shower was disappointing. "

"I rented this property with a group of friends to stay while we were visiting athens. Overall it is a nice place to stay at, but it comes with a little bit of hiccups. Finding transportation is tough and takes you a while to connect with an Uber or Beat. Katerina was a good host but at some points had strange requests from us such as paying an upfront cash security deposit (which I later confirmed with Vrbo is not part of her rights). "Villa Eva was just perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms roomy with lots of storage and dining outside with a sea breeze couldn’t be beat! The bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Sophia was amazingly helpful and attentive to all our needs and concerns."

"The house is just as pictured, beautiful and well makntained. The host was very accommodating. It is in a very quiet location. If you plan on touring Greece, You must have a car if you stay here. We didn’t have a car, but the caretaker Foti, took us to the store for groceries. Downside, we had to Uber everywhere! "

"The view from the large deck with a beautiful marble stone floor was wonderful. Communication was timely and very helpful. The detailed directions were a lifesaver as the home is located some distance from the port. The home construction is amazing but note, this is not a castle. "We had a lovely holiday at this villa. It has everything you need for your stay including a fantastic pool. The location is great as it's close to a variety of great beaches and Athens. Also close are a large shopping mall and a water park. Katerina was a lovely host and helped us with transfers from/to the airport, food shopping and advice on getting around. We had free use of her car and she even baked us cakes! Would definitely recommend this for a family holiday."

"Words cannot describe this house or location. We couldn’t believe when we entered the courtyard…. So private and beautifu. Loustino was great with communication and the check in process was easy! He also arranged for us to have a private chef, Karolos, one evening and it was the highlight of our trip. The food was delicious! The location cannot be beat.
