"Fantastic characterful property in Cunqueiros. We loved the house, an amazing conversion. The villagers we met were friendly. Nuno gave us really excellent ideas about the sights and events in the area. I’m sure we’ll be back when the weather’s better to try some of the river beaches. Highly recommended."

"We stayed for 3 nights in 44 degrees. The rooms were cool, the pool very welcomed. Supermarket was about 6 Kms away, easy drives to marvao and castello de vide, both recommended historical hilltop towns."

"Tapada da Beirã was a charming villa, it had everything we could have wished for, the hosts were lovely and were on hand with advice and knowledge of the area. Plenty of outdoor spaces to relax or eat al fresco and a super swimming pool. You need a car to get around, the nearest shop is in Santo António das Areias. About 20 steps from the Villa is a lovely restaurant and the food was amazing as were the staff."

"The owner is friendly. Although the apartment is good, Breakfast is only bread, cheese and ham. Had expected a continental breakfast as stated in amenities. No daily cleaning. "

"El entorno de la casa tiene muchísimo encanto y eso compensa la dificultad para llegar. Hay que tener cuidado si se intenta acceder de noche con las indicaciones del GPS. Algunos colchones son mejorables y se sale a veces el agua de la ducha pero en general, muy bien todo."

Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad - man kann für größere Gruppen auch Wohnungen verbinden. Unsere Wohnung ("Landhaus") hatte eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit vorgelagerter, überdachter Veranda, von der man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Garten und die Umgebung bis zur Burg von Marvao hatte. "Toda coincidencia con la realidad es pura casualidad. Se supone que, según pone el anuncio, tiene bañera de hidromasaje y wifi. No es así. De las 5 casas que tienen en alquiler, que tampoco se especifica cual es la que se alquila en el anuncio, solamente 1 posee hidromasaje. El wifi es mas bien para la ley del mas fuerte, el primero que lo pilla, es el afortunado, el resto, ni cobertura para una llamada, prácticamente. No hay wifi como tal, es un router que va rulando entre las casas, y solo...
