A really beautiful period townhouse from the Georgian era. With spacious rooms, high ceilings and some original features it feels so like home you won't want to leave. Set in a quiet square just off the historic Chapel Street, The Blue House is ideally situated for exploring the fantastic attractions to be found in this part of Cornwall. You'll find the wonderful St Michael's Mount nearby, the Minack Theatre - the most incredible outdoor theatre built on the side of the cliff, and the pretty fishing village of Mousehole which you are sure to fall in love with.

Bed linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Accessibility: Set across two levels there are front and rear entrances. 
Kitchen & Utilities: Dining table to seat six, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. 
Nearest beach: 2.5 mls.
Garden: Enclosed rear garden with paved terrace and two seating areas.
Parking: Parking for 1 hatchback-size car in garage close by. (Not suitable for tall vehicles or vans). 
Pets: Two pets allowed - £25 per pet per week. Please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.
Family facilities: Travel cot and highchair provided at the property.
General: Free Wi-Fi included, electricity and gas included in rent, heated towel rails in bathrooms, gas central heating throughout.
Nearest amenities: 0.1 mls.
Nearby: Jubilee Pool on the promenade, walking distance to shops, restaurants and galleries.
Changeover: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.

First time in Penzance
Great location, worked perfectly for our family of 5 seniors, well equipped, lovely arrival package. Our only complaint was the difficulty in accessing the lockbox. Location was poor and difficult to read. Three notes to the property manager: dryer did not dry clothes, toilet seat in lower bathroom was broken, electrical switch in upper bathroom was difficult to operate.

Very comfortable property. The only and main problem was lack of nearby parking.
The garage was too small for either car both medium sized hatchbacks and in any event not useable as it was usually blocked by other cars parking across the entrance
