Great Accommodation
So comfortable and everything we needed. Welcome afternoon tea awaited us. Sue had provided a great welcome pack and full instructions on how to operate the electrical items. We especially enjoyed the Sun Room and because of the bad weather we spent many happy hours relaxing with our books. Great part of the country to visit and plenty to see and do for Adults and Children and nice to learn that if you have a senior bus pass travel is free.

Quiet retreat
This was a great place to stay, and very quiet too: important when sime work has to be done online even on a holiday. The little garden was a bonus, being able to sit outside and do a bit of birdwatching.

Lovely cottage in great location
The property was very clean and nicely furnished. There is a small private garden to the front, with a high hedge screening it from the road through the village. It is great for a couple, or a family with small children but would be a bit snug for 4 adults.

Holiday Cottage Cornwall
We have just spent a wonderful week at this beautiful cottage with a lovely garden. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and so comfortable. It really is in a great location for exploring south Cornwall and the wonderful coastal walks, we especially loved The Lizard area. Close to good golf courses and some beautiful beaches. We will definitely return and remember to book well in advance as I’m sure once you have visited this cottage you will want to return again.

Fabulous cottage
We had a lovely week in Cornwall during the October half term. The cottage was clean, warm and cozy. Sue greeted us on arrival - there was a cream tea waiting for us in the cottage. Absolutely delicious.
We were blessed with good weather so managed to do lots of walking in the nearby countryside and along the coast paths.
I would recommend the cottage to couples as well as families. It is near enough for local amenities but "off the beaten track" for peace and quiet.
Thank you Sue for the lovely welcome, we would definitely recommend the cottage to others.

Lovely cottage, great holiday
We had a really great stay in this property during May half term. The cottage is immaculately clean and well kept and the garden is a true gem and is a wonderful place to spend time in. The lovely cream tea and flowers made us feel very welcome.
Although linked with the owners property there is never an issue with privacy, both the property and garden are separate enough to give privacy to both owner and holiday maker. Although Sue and Frank were always at hand for us should she be needed at the knock of the door for any concerns or questions which may arise.
The facilities provided are excellent and everything you need is available for use. The BBQ is great, we certainly made very good use of it.
Every room is well planned and organised to make the most of your space, the storage facilities are fabulous and plentiful and the newly fitted bathroom is a pleasure to use.
The parking is private and off road which is fabulous when unloading the full car on arrival or at the end of a day out.
The rural location is very peaceful, apart from some road noise from passing traffic, which is unavoidable and did not cause us any issues. Travelling to all areas from the cottage was easy and the cottage is very near many tourist attractions and beautiful beaches.
The cottage is bright and airy and a complete pleasure to stay in, in fact so much so that we have already booked for next year. Thank you so much Sue and Frank xx

Lovely, cosy place.
Very nicely done, cosy place which is in a lovely area. The owners were very friendly and considerate (including a cream tea welcome & an Easter egg for our daughter). The kitchen has everything you need. A good base to explore west Cornwall. The weather was not great while we were visiting but I am sure the garden would be a lovely addition if the sun allows you to enjoy it. We will be back!

Lovely cottage in excellent location
Very pretty cottage and garden with dainty but well equipped kitchen. Owners were very helpful and friendly. We had a really relaxing week exploring the local area - particularly liked Marazion, St Michael's Mount, Lizard Point (and surrounding coves) and the Eden Project.
