Summary:
This bright and spacious first floor flat in Central Penzance is well suited for couples and small families. It sleeps up to 3 guests with one double room with ensuite bathroom and one single room.
The Space:
The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area has traditional Victorian high ceilings and a bay window, so is lovely and airy. The space is well-equipped with all the amenities you should need for your trip to Penzance. There is also a smart TV for nights in. Situated on a beautifully mature, tree lined road that leads straight to the beach in only 5 minutes walk. Several supermarkets are also within 5-10 minutes walk. Free parking available in the street right outside the property.
Well behaved dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole flat.
The Neighborhood:
The flat is part of townhouse in a leafy Victorian terrace. It is a quiet neighbourhood, but still centrally located so benefits from having shops, restaurants and attractions close by.
Getting Around:
Penzance benefits from very good travel connections with trains operated by Great Western Railway running right into the centre of town. There are also lots of buses running to other areas and attractions in Cornwall. So if you do not have a vehicle, it is easy to still enjoy your time here. For those that do have a car there is free parking on the street outside the flat.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: The ensuite bathroom is the only bathroom in the flat.
