Parking at rear a problem when other cars around, back yard uncared for, fence falling down. Disliked recycling arrangements. There were no paper kitchen towels, few loo rolls (2 in each toilet with 6 people staying for a week), lack of T cloths and kitchen towels, no dishwasher tablets. "The property was nice and the kitchen well equipped (except for only one 1 pint glass!) the beds were very comfortable. The downstairs bedroom and walk in shower were appropriate for me as I can walk a few steps and the shower entry was low. The owner sent a nice greeting and although we didn’t need to I felt we could have contacted her again easily if necessary"

The host is very knowledgeable and gave us loads of advices about things to do with our children. No walled garden as originally advertised when booking. 8 acres includes a 5 acre meadow not all garden. Gardens are full of weeds and largely unkept apart from mowing. Refund now required."
