Based on their greeting, they immediately brought a cocktail, fruits and sweets before I entered my room, and when they treated me, they also gave me a very cute set 🥰 I have never seen such service in any hotel before. I would like to especially praise Hanna, the hotel employee who met me on the very first day and met me in the room. Pillows were solid but soft. all amenities were provided in the room. There a few cafe bar And restaurant options. We enjoyed all the experiences. They also offered Experiences such as helicopter rides to the volcano And white water rafting. It is a fair trip from any other activities but we booked a driver for the day and got to experience rice patties, lewak coffee and we also went to the monkey Forest. Ubud Was only about half an hour drive away. X"

The hotel is located on a steep incline with lots of steps and hillu walks into Kintamanti so not recommended for someone with limited accessibility or pushchairs. We booked this hotel to do the Jeep Adventure to Mount Batur and it's a perfect location to relax and unwind away from the south madness. "

"We were looking for a place near the beratan temple. This was just right in front of it. The staff were nice, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. It has nice views of the lake. The rooftop even has nicer views. The welcome drink (ginger tea with brown sugar) was delicious. The mie goreng and nasi goreng for breakfast was also delicious. We enjoyed our stay. "
