"Loved how clean it was"

"A lovely, clean place to stay. Had an evening meal which was absolutely delicious, beautifully cooked proper food. Hats off to the chefs. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, but not hovering all the time. I would definitely recommend The Queens to stay and/or eat. "

"Excellent room. I stayed one night on my way down South. My room was up in the attic with an on-suite. It was nicely heated, clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had good water pressure and was very clean. Breakfast was great. 👍 The location was very convenient, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Lovely cobblestone street and houses surrounding. Parking was just fine, I just parked in the street and upon checkin I was given a parking permit to put in the window. Last my host was lovely and likewise the staff at breakfast. "

"I stayed for one quick night at this hotel and I was blown away by the hospitality and helpfulness. I was down in thar area competing in a sports event and the reception staff on the night I arrived and the morning I left could not have been better. There was obvious communication between staff members which often is lost in the big chain hotels these days. Would love to return and sample the restaurant food and actually sit for breakfast."
