Nice house of 85m² (semi-detached on one side) ideally located on the seafront, direct access to the beach, in a small subdivision 30km south of Bastia. Great sandy beach very quiet even in summer.
The house is 5 minutes drive from Folelli, where you will find all shops including a large area;
Description:
- Ground floor: living room on an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped: induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker. A washing machine is available in the bathroom.
- Floor: 3 small bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Presence of a steep staircase that can be inconvenient for animals and people with reduced mobility.
Outside: covered sea side terrace overlooking a small garden with outdoor shower

Perfekte Strandlage
Das Haus ist gut ausgerüstet mit allem was man braucht, die Lage direkt am Strand ist super. Es hatte nie besonders viele Leute am Strand, und die nächste Ortschaft war gut ausgestattet mit Läden und Restaurants. Wir haben vor allem die Kanus und die Brettspiele sehr geschätzt. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war immer sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend.

Perfekter Urlaub
Die Lage des Hauses direkt am Meer, vielfältige Wandermöglickeiten, Natur pur und Kultur haben uns einen perfekten Urlaub beschert! Zu empfehlen ist eine Fahrt mit der Schmalspurbahn durch herrliche Berg- und Küstenlandschaften nach Calvi, Corte oder Ajaccio. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Small house very close to the beach
The house is very close to a wide and empty beach on which you can walk for miles. About 7 minutes walk up the beach is a great beach cafe and bar, and a rather posh hotel restaurant. Another 4 minutes you can find another great little cafe bar. You will need a car, and 5 minutes drive away you can find a super-market and shops. The house is a bit cramped, especially for more than 4 people, the upstairs has a small toilet and shower and 3 small bedrooms, the stair case is very steep, a bit wobbly and not suitable for people who are infirm. Down stairs is one good sized bedroom and shower room with a washing machine. There is a very small cupboard sized downstairs toilet. The kitchen is well equipped, a good sized fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, an induction cooker and oven. This is a very quiet area, and there is loads of great hiking a few minutes drive away. The swimming is great, you can walk a hundred meters out to sea before you no longer touch the bottom.

Great location!
Very close to the beach, conveniences (groceries, restaurants), and near the ferry in Bastia. The home is well equipped for a relaxing vacation...sunbathing, swimming, kayaking (3 included with property), games, books. The property does not have internet or air conditioning, but makes up for it with all the other amenities. Would return if ever in Corsica again.

Toller, einsamer strand direkt hinterm Haus
Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet , was man braucht , jedoch leider nicht ganz sauber. Das Geschirr in der Schublade war teilweise schmutzig, die Lappen u Geschirrtücher verfleckt. Der Kühlschrank roch sauer. Nachdem wir dann alles geputzt haben, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Fensterläden waren super , um das Haus zu verdunkeln u kühl zu halten. Wir lebten nur draussen, den ganzen Tag am Meer, was direkt hinterm Garten ist. Der Vermieter stellt 3 Kajaks , die total klasse sind . Nur paar Kilometer entfernt gibt es eine Kleine Stadt mit großem Einkaufszentrum , wo man alles bekommt . Wir kommen gern wieder. Danke !

Ein Traum direkt an Meer
Dieses Haus, in perfekter Lage, bietet alles was man für einen Sorglosen Urlaub braucht. Hier kann man die Ruhe genießen und vollkommen entspannen. Der Strand, direkt vor der Tür ist nicht überlaufen und lädt zum entspannen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mit 5 Minuten Fahrtweg. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir stets einen sehr sehr freundlichen Kontakt. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Traumhafter Platz
Der ideale Platz für einen entspannten, sorglosen und ruhigen Urlaub am Meer vor den grünen Bergen Korsikas im Zitrusduft mit wunderschönen Blüten von Oleandern…... Das Haus ist wunderbar, genau das richtige für 2 Familien oder eine große Familie. Wegen der sehr guten Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten findet man sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten Platz für die Privatsphäre und für die gemeinsamen Aktivitäten. In der ruhigen und sehr freundlichen Nachbarschaft fühlten wir uns ab dem ersten Tag willkommen. Das Meer ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und hat einen kilometerlangen Sandstrand mit feinem Sand. Wir waren begeistert vom ruhigen und leeren Strand. In der Garage findet man wirklich alles, was man zum Zeitvertreib am Strand braucht. Das Haus ist ausgestattet, wie in der Beschreibung. Alles ist vorhanden, was man am Meer braucht. Viele Pluspunkte für die Küchenausstattung. Dort gibt es alles, was man zum Kochen und für die lauen Abende unter dem Patio braucht und noch mehr. Vielen Dank Benoit, dass wir in Deinem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen durften und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Une ambiance de colonie
Nous avions loué cette maison pour nous loger (8personnes) pour le mariage de notre fils, début mai. Ce fut une semaine comme quand j’étais petite en colonie de vacances 😀 Les pieds dans l’eau, le soleil, une voisine tellement sympathique, et cette maison si agréable et fonctionnelle avec une communication rapide et bienveillante du propriétaire. Bien évidemment que je recommande !

Das Häuschen klein und fein. Die Outdoordusche super um nach dem baden im Meer zu duschen. Die Lage ist toll, im Herbst hat es nur wenige Touristen, der Strand ist sauber und die Lagune bringt Süsswasser-Badespass.

Super schöner Urlaub auf Korsika
Wir haben 14 schöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Tolle Lage des Hauses nur ein Steinwurf von einem wilden , natürlichem Strand entfernt. Ende August Anfang September hatten meine Familie und unser Hund den Strand fast für uns alleine . Das Haus hat alles wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und alles praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders die Ausendusch wurde von uns nach jedem Strandbesuch genutzt. Die fehlende Klimaanlage hat uns nicht gestört . Tagsüber die Läden zu machen , Nachts öffnen und die Kühle Luft vom Meer macht den Rest. Geschäft und Supermarkt sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wer Ruhe etwas weiter weg vom üblichen Tourismus sucht ist hier genau richtig .

Magnifiques vacances
Un super sejour chez Vincent. La maison est top. Idéalement placée, elle a un accès direct à la plage dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. 3 kayaks sont mis à disposition et c'était parfait pour la mer mais aussi le fleuve juste à côté. La plage est très peu fréquentée donc c'était idéal pour les enfants et notre chienne. Je recommande vivement et ne manquerai pas de revenir lors de notre prochain sejour en Corse. Merci beaucoup

Location fonctionnelle et bien équipée sur la plage
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Benoît qui se trouve presque sur la plage ! L’environnement est très calme et le voisinage très sympathique. Nous étions 2 familles et la maison était parfaitement adaptée. Nous avons apprécié la plancha et les canoës mis à disposition. Benoit est un hôte très réactif et arrangeant. A recommander !

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem schönen Haus am Strand. Gartentür auf, sofort am Strand, die Lage ist wirklich Luxus pur. Gute Ausstattung im Haus, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Einzig die Klimaanlage bei 27 Grad heißen Nächten hat gefehlt. 2 sehr schöne Beach Restaurants fussläufig in 15 min. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wir kommen mal wieder!
Das Meer direkt vor der Haustür. Wir mussten nicht mal ein Handtuch mitnehmen, da wir direkt vom Meer in den Garten mit den Liegen gelaufen sind. Sauberer Strand, den man oft für sich alleine hat. Sehr feiner Sand. Wir konnten sogar unsere Strandmuschel aufgebaut stehen lassen. Die Außendusche war genial mit den Kindern. Einziges Manko mit kleinen Kindern ist das hellhörige Haus. Ansonsten waren wir total zufrieden und würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Wirklich Füsse im Meer
Das Haus liegt wirklich direkt an einem wenig belebten Strand am Meer. Aufstehen, Badehose an, rein ins Meer...Vermieter und Nachbarn sind supernett und unkompliziert. Mit den 3 Kajaks kann man prima durchs Meer in den nahe gelegen Fluss paddeln, fußläufig gibt's nette Strandbars. Die Einrichtung zeigt mittlerweile wohl ein paar Gebrauchsspuren, wir haben uns aber super wohlgefühlt. Überdachte Terrasse, auf der man auch bei Regen sitzen kann, Küche gut ausgestattet, was will man mehr? Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! Martina

Basic-Unterkunft mit einmaliger Strandlage
Ruhige Lage (Flugverkehr war nicht störend). Einfache Ausstattung der eher kleinen Räume, aber alles vorhanden. Schöne große Wohn-Ess-Küche, tolle Terrasse, einmalige direkte Strandlage. Die Kajaks wurden sehr geschätzt und oft benutzt. Sehr nette Nachbarschaft. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken.
