Welcome to your next beach abode! This beautiful Gulf-front condo will provide the ultimate vacation experience! It includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in both the living room and primary bedroom leading to a large balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom also has its own private porch.

The living room has been furnished and equipped with nothing but comfort in mind. Snuggle up on the sofa and stream your favorite series on the large smart TV with cable - enjoy 96 channels of Digital TV, 66 channels of HD TV, and 50 channels of digital music. High-speed WiFi adds convenience during your stay. Both bedrooms also have smart TVs with the same features. The kitchen is well equipped with granite countertops, a stainless steel full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. There is also an air-conditioning unit, very quiet and sure to cool you off during those hot days. Providing a nice peaceful environment, you'll be able to enjoy your views from the 20th floor.

Indigo features top-of-the-line amenities including seven acres of well-manicured landscaping, gated entry, a 6000-gallon zero-entry pool, poolside gazebo, hot tub, a seasonally heated pool, outdoor grills including Green Eggs, lighted tennis courts with a Hydro court surface, two large fitness rooms, one sauna, a private 12-person theater free for guests to use, bike racks, and covered parking. There is also a free-standing ice machine located in the parking garage for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect condo!!!!

Beautiful View & great location
We had a week of beautiful weather at the beach. This unit is located on the 20th floor (not a Penthouse). Beds are firm with lots of pillows and blankets. Appliances need some maintenance.

Great place to stay, quiet and not very crowded.
Our beach view was great! The location was great! There were playing cards, chess/checkers, puzzles and other things for us in the condo. We love that you basically have your own floor as the elevator opens directly to your room door. The beach was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Indigo E2003 was a fantastic condo. The view is awesome, the condo is well appointed and everything about the Indigo complex was immaculate. The only thing we noticed is some crumbs in the sofa when we arrived, which should have been addressed in the cleaning process. We would stay there again.

Lovely condo!
Wonderful week in Perdido!! Condo is great with comfortable beds and linen. Living room isn’t so comfy but we didn’t use it much—view is fabulous, property is our absolute fave and we stay here when in town. Kitchen is well stocked just could use a colander. Tower fan was a nice surprise but didn’t need it as AC worked perfectly. Look up Tin Top for a great meal-little far but so worth it!!

Beautiful but not comfortable
The room was clean and they definitely went for looks, but there was absolutely nowhere to be comfortable. All the furniture is absolutely uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that it greatly affected my overall rating and stay. We actually left early. The pool was nice and big though and the elevator was fast.

Beautiful Property
Check in was difficult, because on the drive to Perdido Key, I extended my stay one day earlier with Vacasa. They assured me it would work fine, and the keys would be in tick box on arrival. Long story short, the keys weren’t there, we had to wait about an hour for them, and when I got to the unit, the keys wouldn’t work. I was locked out and made several phone calls to Vacasa. They had no idea how to deal with the issue, and because the front desk was closed, there was no way to reprogram the keys. The only way I got in to the unit was through the maintenance supervisor who let me in with his master key…otherwise, I would’ve been stuck outside, with no help coming. That was very frustrating. Otherwise, the unit was exceptional. Unbelievable views, wonderfully appointed, clean and quiet…exaclty what I was hoping for. I consider it a real privilege to have stayed in unit 2003, it was wonderful! Be sure to enjoy the hot tub, it’s the social meeting point to make new friends and enjoy some friendly conversation.

Indigo condo complex is well maintained. The view from the 20-story deck was great! The condo unit was very nice with plenty of space. Bedding was comfortable. It might have been helpful to provide step-by-step instructions on the light/fan remote since it is a shared remote between the living room & main bedroom. We were able to operate it, but I can understand why some reviewers mentioned it. We stayed for several weeks. A few cleaning supplies such as furniture polish, toilet bowl cleaner, and glass cleaner would have been a nice addition during that time. And a crock pot would have been nice. The two bag foot stools need to be refilled or replaced. The baseboards could use a good scrubbing.. The limited liability waiver fee is an enormous cost when figuring in the other fees otherwise the rental price was reasonable. All-in-all, this was a lovely unit with beautiful views of the Gulf & waking up to the beautiful view through the giant window in the main bedroom was a wonderful perk.

Very Comfortable
First we like The Indigo. The elevator and garage parking is very convenient. The condo is large and nicely configured. Management company was helpful. TVs were easy to use, as opposed to some places in the past. We really enjoyed the time spent there.

Amazing condo/property
We love everything about the Indigo Property! Having stayed here for two consecutive years, we are certain we will return. It takes less than 5 minutes to get from the condo to the beach, regardless of the floor you’re on. The property is exceptionally clean, and the landscaping is flawless. The pool and other amenities are amazing. It’s a fantastic place to visit with or without kids, but it’s especially wonderful for families with little ones. We will definitely be back!

The room and view were both amazing!! There are a couple restaurants within walking distance! Bring your own beach towels, we had to buy some when we were there. I loved that the elevator went straight up to the room from the garage. Beautiful place, can’t wait to go back!

Nice condo!! Beautiful view!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Has been updated, although never got the fan to work in main living area. Not a big deal for us, it was a remote controlled fan so maybe a remote issue. Front door exterior needs some updates but overall a great condo. They are repairing the exterior of the condo, so was kinda loud at times earlier in morning, but definitely not the condo itself s fault 😀. The grounds were well kept and enjoyed the easy excess to the gulf and the pool was great!! Overall, would definitely stay again in this unit, no question.

Bad Experience
First morning had to evacuate condo due to false alarm. I had to go down 20 flights of stairs and I'm on oxygen. Remotes didn't work and light bulbs burnt out. Then A/C froze up and had to move to another condo in a different complex. Other than the inconvenience of moving everything it was a move to a much nicer place. I would not recommend anyone staying in this condo until some work has been done on it.

First family vaca
This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Two king sized beds. Our kids slept in one bed and us in the other. The kitchen, dining room and living room were great for relaxing and 2 and a half baths made it easy for everyone to get ready. The access to the beach was simple 2 minute walk and the pool was 30 second walk. The pool was amazing and is where we actually spent most of our time. I would like to go back to this same condo next year!

Great for the family
We had never been to this area before. The indigo condo resort is great, big pool(s) that never felt too crowded even on memorial day. The unit 2003 itself is in the east tower, and is lovely! Big beds and bedrooms. Very comfortable mattresses. Huge walk-in shower in master bedroom, deep tub shower for the kids in guest bedroom. Lots of closets to stowe away your multitudes of packing. I loved having our own washer dryer too. Nice kitchen for cooking whatever you might want on vacation. Bring spices/salt though. The trip to the beach from this room is surprisingly short, but the board walk has stairs which made taking a wagon difficult for one adult. The beach rentals were very convenient and affordable (get there early though if you want front row on a busy weekend). The city manicured the beach one day and removed all the seaweed so we had a clean beach (amazing!). There is a couple restaurants and some limited shopping walkable, but no other typical beach town activities (goony golf and the like) other than the beach. There was some crowding on the beach (we were there on memorial day weekend), which significantly cleared out after the holiday weekend. Some signage regarding East and West tower garages might be nice when you pull in. Make sure you are going to the right tower. They are both set up much the same. They have tons of conveniences like a float coral and beach equipment storage so you don't have to take everything back to the room everyday. Overall it was a really lovely stay and I would recommend to anyone going to Perdido Key.

Great views!!
We loved looking out from the 20th floor. This is our fourth visit to the Indigo and will be back. The condo itself could use some help. There were curtain rods under beds, drapes would not push back without coming unhooked. The ceiling fan in the living room didn't work and I had to fix the ice maker in order to have ice for the week. But...we still loved the unit and the location. We will definitely book another stay at Indigo. Also, Vacasa helped us when we told them that the pool would be closed for a day or two. That was very nice and they did send a maintenance person to look at the ceiling fan. Can't complain about the service.

Wonderful week in beautiful spot
The pictures of this wonderful condo don't do it justice. The bedroom is absolutely beautiful (feels like you are in a five-star hotel) and the huge windows overlooking the sea are amazing. We happened to go on a week which was less crowded and at times we had the pool nearly to ourselves. Would highly recommend for a girl's trip or family vacation.
