You can watch the Blue Angels practice seasonally right from your deck and sunny backyard at this completely renovated home in Pensacola. This home is part of a residential subdivision of Pensacola. The location can't be beat - mere minutes from Naval Air Station Pensacola, the boat launch at Big Lagoon State Park, and the white sand beaches of Perdido Key.

This 1,362-square-foot farmhouse was remodeled from top to bottom in 2021 with custom cement kitchen counters and new vinyl plank flooring, furnishings, stainless steel appliances, and outdoor decking. The living space is all on one level, offering central air conditioning, a living room with a gas fireplace and a TV above it, and an open layout that connects to the kitchen and the dining room. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Prep those fresh fruits and vegetables while mingling with your loved ones, get the gas grill going, and find ample space to dine at the breakfast bar, dining room table, or outside on the custom patio deck as the Blue Angels perform overhead. Leave the kids and the dogs to play in the enclosed yard as you toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer, log onto the free WiFi, or choose a favorite movie on Netflix.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
