In the area to play golf, and this house was awesome! The host, Leslie, was very gracious and took time to help us find a fishing charter and jet ski rentals.. much appreciated! Clean house, comy beds, good sheets & towels, too! We will be back!

Perfect house for our vacation. Close to everything we needed including the beach. Clean bathrooms and well-maintained throughout!! Well stocked kitchen for us to cook. Spices, oil, coffees, etc. provided. Leslie was very attentive and answered all questions promptly! Hot tub and backyard for our fur baby made the house exceptional for us!

Our stay was fabulous! We loved the Beachy House with all of the nice decor! Extra spacious with a game room for the kids. My kids loved playing the Wii that was provided. They also had alot of fun playing Corn Hole in the backyard which was perfect and fenced in for our poochie! Leslie was quick to answer my questions. She messaged me back for two weeks to help me plan our vacation! She is the best! You don't see that type of service these days! We made lots of memories and had a blast!

We wanted a house close to the beach and other attractions, and this house met our expectations and above!! The house was spotless clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the extras such as coffee, bathroom products, snacks, and doggy treats! Leslie was a most generous host and made sure to check on anything we might need. She even gave us access to her private pool and hot tub to make our stay even better--much appreciated!! 10/10 and would book this house every single time!

Such a fun place to stay!
We loved staying in this resort condo! It was extremely clean, like new! Our host, Leslie, was amazing! She sent a list of places to see, eat, etc and was quick to respond to any questions. Everything we needed was provided and more! Loved the snack basket and the hospitality packages! Fast wifi! Close to the beach and provided items to use. We will book this condo again in the future!

Fantastic place to stay
We really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this property! The house was in an attractive, quiet neighborhood, and the fenced in back yard afforded privacy and a safe environment for our dogs. The spacious house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Puzzles, board games and yard games were provided for those times when you felt like staying in. The house was conveniently located, and only a few minutes drive from Johnson's Beach, the grocery store and several good restaurants. The property manager was easy to contact, and went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this property, and definitely would like to stay here again when we return to the Perdido Key area.

Beautiful clean home
We stayed a week in this lovely house! Spacious and packed with extras! Kids loved the games and Switch provided. Soft sheets and towels. Snacks and coffees provided and appreciated especially since we arrived late in the night. Nice neighborhood close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Extremely well maintained. Leslie was always quick to respond and even dropped us off an extra blow dryer with a nice bottle of wine! We will be back!

The picture of the house was accurate The host was amazing, and we loved the house so much until we stayed 4 extra days, plus we booked this same house for April that’s how much we loved the house. Everything about the house was absolutely beautiful from the front to the back yard Trash runs on Wednesday, the house needed a broom as well, I thought I’ll let you guys know but the house was absolutely perfect, it literally have everything there for you. Including pots, pans, and every utensils you can think of Get this house if you guys thinking about going to Pensacola Fl, you won’t be disappointed

We travel alot, and this was the best rental we have ever stayed at. The house is practically new inside and out! New furnishings and a beautiful custom made dining table. We were happily surprised to find a hot tub upon arrival. The house was immaculately clean and furnished everything we could ever need. Fun games for the kids, too. Quite neighborhood close to the beach and shopping area. Kids also loved the big back yard to play games, and the patio fire pit was perfect for smores! Leslie, our host, was quick to respond and answer our many questions about the area. You want to book this nice house!

Fabulous beach house!
We had 6 people and our labrador, we were more than comfortable and very impressed. All the little details in every room made it charming. The garage had beach chairs, inner tubes, umbrellas and more! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment, and the pantry even had a few kitchen items that most everyone forgets. The bedrooms were clean, the patio was private, and the hot tub was a blast! The grill grease trap wasn't cleaned from previous users, we had a spill but cleaned it up, so be careful. I honestly think whoever set this home up really thought of everything. I would definitely recommend others enjoy this house, and we're planning to stay again next year!

Nice house, quiet neighborhood
We arrived ahead of schedule and the property manager allowed an early entry. That was very nice of her and very appreciated. I was delighted to discover a very well appointed kitchen! Lots of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, utensils, dish soap, t-towels, plastic storage containers, mixing bowls, ... I could go on! I love to cook so finding everything I needed to make our meals was wonderful. Something they need to supply, however, was a cork screw. I couldnt find one in any of the drawers. They also need to replace the burnt out lightbulb in the kitchen and fix the one kitchen drawer that fell off the track every time I opened it. They supplied toilet tissue, the good stuff! And bounty paper towels and even kleenex. Providing them is not the norm. And of this quality, if they do supply them, unheard of! Very nice! Thank you. We travelled with our Aussie and they even had a sweeper and broom and dustpan in the kitchen pantry. Although there was a large fenced in backyard for our pup, the lawn was in need of attention. It was over grown and full of little burr like stickers that got tangled in his coat and stuck to the bottom of his feet. The bed was comfortable but it was pretty cold when we were there and I couldn't find any extra blankets for it. The bath towels were thick and soft, always a plus! The home was comfortable but in need of repairs. Wall paper peeling off the bathroom wall, blind brackets pulling away from the frame of the sliding glass door.

Beautiful beachy house
We all loved the house and the beach theme decor. It was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the coffee and snacks! The backyard is spacious and plenty of outdoor furniture for the family to lounge after the beach all day. Our hostess, Leslie, was very helpful and always available for any questions and recommendations. The location was in a nice neighborhood and close to the beach. Checkin was a breeze! Thanks!

Very nice home in quiet neighborhood
We recently stayed in this home in Pensacola to attend the Blue Angels Homecoming show at the naval air station. The home is large with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a den that has a pullout couch. Plenty of room for us as we were a group of seven. NAS Pensacola was about 8 miles away so pretty convenient to get to the base. There are restaurants and a Publix supermarket a couple of miles away. We didn't eat out, electing instead to use the gas grill to cook burgers and steaks. We did use and enjoy the hot tub and the backyard is a good size for kids to run around in. The living room is large with enough seating for our group and the bedrooms were spacious as well. Leslie was the property manager and was very helpful with any questions we had. Overall, a nice place to stay near Perdido Key.
