The Space:
This elegant guest house offers a thoughtfully designed interior with a plush king-sized bed, a beautifully appointed bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The open living area features a large sliding glass door that opens to a 700 sq ft patio, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. The patio includes a dining table, a Green Egg grill with a built-in cooking area, and cozy couches around a gas firepit, making it the perfect spot for evening gatherings.
Guest Access:
Guests have one off-street parking spot just a few short steps from the private front door. Door access codes will be generated the day before check-in and sent to the guest along with check-in instructions one day before scheduled arrival.

Getting Around:
Pensacola's public transportation options are limited, but Uber is readily available. While having a car is recommended for convenience, it's not essential. Publix, a major grocery store, is just a 15-minute walk away, and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, we offer bikes for guests to use, making it easy to explore the area on two wheels.
Other Things to Note:
This rental is a private guest house located on the same property as our primary residence. For privacy, a 6-foot wood fence separates the two houses, and each has its own patio, driveway, and entry. We have a large dog who can only access the backyard of the guest house if a gate is opened for him. While this is his home, and he may greet you if he's outside in the front, please know that he's friendly.
