Lofty Blues at the Brent Lofts

This stunning 2 bed/2 bath loft that comfortably sleeps 4 is a perfect place for anyone looking for a luxury vacation. The condo boast 2 King beds, high end appliances, and quaint views of Baylen Street.

This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!.

Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to send email address and sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. During the week of arrival, we will send step-by-step instructions and videos showing how to download and use the phone app to enter the common space and condo door. It is highly recommended to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in.

-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a nightly discounted rate ($10) upon request.
-We do offer discounts for longer stays, and military. Please contact management for more info.
-No pets allowed.

Perfect location for a downtown Pensacola Wedding :)
We stayed here for a downtown Pensacola wedding with family and it was the perfect space/location for 2 couples. Super cute & clean :) Parking validation was confusing. I kept receiving parking email info for a different rental person, and I wasn’t sure the actions to take, but we were able to find a number to call to help for details. There was not anyone available in person at the desk. There was a strange buzzing sound all night in the left hand side bedroom that we had to use a sound machine to fall sleep. The other bedroom was perfect though!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was out first stay at the Brent Lofts and it won't be the last. We stayed in two different lofts (reason below) and they were both literally brand new. The loft is a renovation an an old office building and they did a spectacular job. Modern appointments, comfortable beds, great appliances the list goes on. Really, really great. The location can't be beat. Right downtown on Palafox St close to many restaurants and bars if that's your thing. Our first unit was on Palafox St and I happened to book our stay on the one night a month they close Palafox to pedestrian traffic and turn it into a party - literally. The noise went deep into the night (2 AM) and made sleep nearly impossible. I talked to the hosts the next morning and the offered to move us. We were moved to a unit on the backside of the property and we slept comfortably the last two nights with no noise to speak of. The staff were very kind, considerate and helpful. Truly top-notch.
