Grotto Family Getaway Townhouse Last Min Weekend Deal, Pets Are Welcome

Looking for a family friendly place off the beaten path, but close enough for fun in the sun? The townhouse is just minutes from all that Perdido Key and the surrounding area has to offer. Walk the white sugar sand beaches of Perdido Key and Orange Beach or go kayaking at Johnson Beach State Park. Pensacola is also home of the Blue Angels, and you can tour the Naval Aviation Museum and the Pensacola Lighthouse.

If you want to dine out, there are several great restaurants & pubs just minutes where the locals hang out. Publix is just 5 minutes and Target and Walmart are 10 minutes down the road for your convenience. For your shopping interests, you'll enjoy strolling through the unique local shops darned with art works and beach décor. Orange Beach, AL is about 20 minutes away, and has many options for dinning and entertainment.

Perfect Location
The Grotto Family Getaway was the perfect place for us. It was close to everything, in a quiet neighborhood, and our sweet fur baby, Odie, got to tag along. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything you need is there & the host, Gregg answered all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a great beach trip to Perdido Key!

Spring getaway
Very small townhome. Comfortable beds and great hot water and water pressure. Just right for two or three people. Nearby to beaches and playground. The neighborhood is very quiet. Backyard is a little scruffy but it’s to be expected at springtime. Gas grill works great. Thank you for letting us stay for 35 nights.

We had a wonderful experience renting the property from beginning to end. The booking process was easy as well as check-in. The property is exactly as described online. Pensacola Getaway
We loved the townhouse. It*s close to restaurants and grocery stores, etc. and not too far from the beach. It is clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of items in case you forget something. Backyard is fenced and our dog loved roaming around out there. We had a great time and look forward to coming again soon.

Family vacation
It was a very nice place. Loved the decor, everything was updated. Had everything we needed, except a pitcher for ice tea😂. Very quiet and peaceful, perfect for our vacation! They even had toys, plates and cups for our grandson. The location was wonderful for visiting Florida and Alabama beaches, shopping and eating out. I highly recommend it.

All reviews were spot on. Very satisfied, unit was as advertised, was fully stocked with all you would need. Very clean, great water pressure, would definitely stay there my next trip to Perdido Key even if we do not take our dog. I do have one issue though, master bed center post is a toe stumper, took me 3 times to remember. 👍

March getaway
The property was very clean and organized It had everything we needed for a senior couple Very quiet neighborhood and nearby to beaches and tourist areas. Weather was a little cooler in March but the Gulf Shores and Pensacola had many restaurants and festivals. About a mile down the road Hub Stacy’s restaurant was a fun place to grab breakfast snd lunch. The point restaurant also had great meals and entertainment. There is great shopping in neighborhood in foley Alabama. We were at the rental for 35 nights and will be returning next year. So much to do and see.

SUPER clean
This has to be the cleanest and most beautiful rental I have ever rented. Everything looked new. The decor was tastefully done and everything was spotless. We really loved the double balcony and patio as well. However weather was unusually cold and we did not spend anytime outside. The leather reclining couch was a godsend. It made our cold weekend a little brighter by allowing us to curl up as a family and watch some Willow episodes on Disney +. Thank you so much for making us feel comfortable.

Amazing Place!
I really enjoyed this property more than any other place I’ve ever stayed. It was very convenient to the beach, restaurants, basically everywhere we visited while on our trip. I loved the fenced in back yard for my dog. It was very clean and inviting. Beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing little hideout!
This amazing place is tucked away and it’s so peaceful! Literally everything you need is there. We went there during an hurricane evacuation and I can’t believe we got this little place for so many days last minute. Back yard is private with a patio table. Both rooms have private balconies. Wi-fi is great, I work remote. We definitely plan on going back when we can actually relax and aren’t storm stressed with work. Thanks for the amazing stay, Gregg. We appreciate you being so accommodating and letting us extend our stay as well.
