We’re excited to welcome you to this one-of-a-kind historic home and provide you with an unforgettable stay in the heart of Pensacola! Note: The property is designed for adult guests, offering a peaceful and serene environment for those looking to unwind and explore the area.



The Space:

Each apartment has been thoughtfully updated to provide all the comforts of home, with stylish decor, cozy furnishings, and all the modern conveniences you need for a hassle-free stay. This Suite is on the second floor and is equipped with a private bath and kitchenette (microwave, minifridge/freezer, toaster, and sink).

Enjoy the best of both worlds with easy access to Downtown Pensacola’s vibrant dining, shopping, and cultural scene. Just a short 10-minute drive will bring you to the stunning sands of Pensacola Beach—perfect for a day of sun, sand, and surf. We are located in the Old East Hill Historic District and just a short walk from Historic Palafox street.



Getting Around:

We have bikes for all our guests on site and the house is walking distance to Palafox.

To maintain the comfort and cleanliness of our space, we are unable to accommodate pets. A $200 fee will apply if this policy is not observed. We appreciate your understanding!

My wife and I were in Pensacola visiting her brother, who lives only 2 blocks from the Kelly House. Nanette was a great communicator and facilitated us extending our stay for two more nights. Room was very nice, location ideal. Would stay again.

Super cute! Loved it!

I stayed here by myself while my husband was traveling for business for a few days, and I felt perfectly comfortable and safe if this wonderful, historic home. Getting in and out, parking, location were all great. We'd love to go back!

Cozy, spacious, studio cottage like

This suite was perfect for my husband and I for a getaway. It was open, clean, spacious. with a historic feel without the historic smell. The room came with a microwave, a refrigerator with a small freezer, coffee,dishes and the bathroom toiletries.It also has an upstairs community balcony I did like the fact that in order to get into the house, you have to have a code and also a code for your suite .Though we did not have time to ride the bicycles. A walk around the block was nice. The food restaurants that they suggested in their binder was a great new experience.

This was a really nice, comfortable place to stay. Would recommend it to others.
