Eclectic Downtown Studio w/Free Parking

Spend your next vacation or trip to Pensacola in this charming, eclectic studio featuring open concept living and a comfy queen size bed with one of a kind headboard. This apartment is part of a beautiful historic home in downtown and is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, nightlife, museums, etc. And it's only 10 miles from the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach.

This is a cozy studio apartment. Included is a full kitchen and bathroom along with a seating area and nice queen sized bed.

Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

You have access to the full apartment as well as the common areas in the hall and the seating areas in the garden.

We offer full privacy for all guest however we are available whenever needed.

It is best to have access to a car to be able to enjoy all Pensacola has to offer.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping (including medical marijuana)
- No pets
- No parties
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
- We would appreciate it if guests would remove their shoes on entry.
- If you open it, close it.
- If you borrow it, return it.
- If you break it, fix it.
- If you turn it on, turn it off when you are done.
- If you use it, take care of it.
- If you make a mess, please clean it up.
- If you move it, put it back.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.

Splendid Overnight in Downtown Pensacola
Easy walking distance to Palafox and downtown activities. The room was eclectically designed, cozy, and exceptionally clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Access was simple, parking immediately out front, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Ample amenities and a convenience store, within walking distance, if you need anything not already available. Loved it! Definitely a repeat location!

Very quaint old property that updates the traditional boarding house model with modern convenience. Common spaces were clean and well-kept, maintaining the feel of a home instead of a hotel.

let’s start with the good, which there is more of than the bad. this apartment is adorable. very clean, very cute. everything in the apartment was well thought out. i was worried about it being an apartment, but the neighbors were quiet and i honestly hardly even saw anyone there. you’re right by downtown which was great. the not so good - there was more than one occasion where there was no parking available, leaving us to find somewhere else to park and then walk. the shower wouldn’t drain when we first got there, i contacted the host and it took them a while to reply. but once they did they issue was taken care of promptly! the laundry room was a little sketchy, the door is very hard to open and it’s in like a little shack that was outside.

Style and every convenience you need
The communication with the host was excellent. The cleanliness and style of the studio was great. They thought of everything and it was a very comfortable stay. The road is busier than I expected and the downstairs neighbors were noisy one night but overall I would highly recommend this rental.

Well prepared
This 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment was super! All accommodations for a meal were provided. Bathroom for 2 people and getting ready was easy. Even thought it was cold outside the room was nice and warm. We parked on the street but that wasn't a big deal. Keep in mind you have to walk up a flight of stairs to the room. The building was off street but we never heard any traffic, so don't let the stop you. Kim the hostess was helpful and made the stay perfect. Loved the touch of fresh flowers too :)

This was my 2nd stay here. The location was good for my reason for visiting. This 2nd visit was a bit disturbing. I was in the unit for less than 48 hours & only at night, but when I left, the cleaning person claimed I tore a sheet and stained the towels beyond use. The only way I could have torn the sheet would be due to some sharp item on the bed frame itself snagging the sheet which is completely out of my control. I also use non permanent hair color which sometimes gets on the towels when I was my hair. I have never had any problem with washing this non permanent hair color out of my towels in my washer but the cleaning person again claimed that some towels were too stained to clean. If you stay here inspect everything first, record and report even the slightest of issues asap. And wash the towels yourself before you leave. Don’t think I’d feel comfortable staying here again, due to the stress after leaving & especially with all the other rental options in the area. The analog clock makes sleeping difficult if you are a light sleeper. I had to take the batteries out at night. Otherwise, this would be an ideal place to stay.

Comfy & efficient
For an independent adult who desires a quick getaway, this place is perfect. It’s creatively decorated and has everything you’ll need. The location was very quiet when I stayed. I slept like a baby and at no time was I concerned about my safety. This place is also conveniently located, close to the downtown nightlife but far enough to not want to walk there. I plan to stay again.

My daughter was alone staying overnight. When she pulled up to the home she did not feel safe.
I did contact the manager and they refunded the cleaning fee but that was it. I feel you should include pictures of the neighborhood and surrounding structures to give a clear sense of the area.

What a little gem!
This place was so great! Stocked with everything you could possibly need from kitchen supplies to beach essentials! The unit was immaculate...the smell was heavenly, I meant to ask the owner what they use. The neighborhood was great and there was easy, safe parking available. The owner/manager was great. I had goofed up and out in the wrong checkout dates, and she worked with us to make the change so we didn't have to relocate...I really have nothing but good things to say about this place and will definitely return as I frequently travel to Pensacola! If I could give it 6 stars I would!

This is the cutest little place !! We enjoyed it and loved how it was decorated . Had so many little touches that made this so unique . We only found two thing that were not really a big deal 1.) the tub didnt fully drain 2.) its hard to watch the tv from position of bed . It Would not stop us from going here again ! Suoer close to fun things and 15 min from beach . It was our first time to this area and this place was perfect . Loved th coffee bar and full size fridge .
