Conveniently located in beautiful East Hill in the heart of Pensacola, this charming 105 year old cottage is the perfect home for your next trip to the area. This lovely home has tons of historic charm but all of the modern amenities you need! This home is situated in a quiet, family neighborhood and is walking distance to Alga Brewing, East Hill Wine Bar, Tacos Mexicanos Food Truck, and several parks! You will love all of the beautiful oak trees and scenery around East Hill. Enjoy all the amenities of home with the whole place to yourself. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this cottage will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

The magnificent front porch is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, people watching, and enjoying the Florida weather. With a porch swing and rocking chairs, relaxing is easy at Creola. Out back there is a Big Green Egg available for cooking your favorite dinner. There is also an outdoor shower for when you get back from the beach.

As soon as you enter, you can't help but notice the history that has been perfectly preserved in this East Hill cottage. There are two living areas in the front of the home that are perfect for friend and family gatherings. The dining room has ample space for large dinners and game nights. Attached to the dining room is the completely updated full kitchen that is equipped with all of the necessities of home. The kitchen has been fully modernized with new stainless steel appliances, updated cabinets, backsplash, and granite countertops. There is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The king bedroom has an attached bathroom with a huge, clawfoot tub that you have to use to appreciate. The second bedroom features a queen bed and is across from the shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Note: there is not an ice maker at this home. The owners have left a Jeep in the driveway. It is not for guest use.

Bring your furry guests along on your trip since it is also pet friendly. *Note - only small dogs under 25lbs are approved* There is a non refundable $100 pet fee for each pet. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. We reserve the right to restrict size and/or quantities of pets.

This home is also ideal for business travelers with free high speed internet/WiFi and in home washer and dryer.

Excellent value!
Beautiful old home in a quiet, comfortable neighborhood. Very well maintained and equipped. Everything you can possibly need for cooking, beach combing, bbq’s, relaxing in a porch swing, and entertainment (games, books, lots of comfy seating, open space). Home away from home! Perfect for family gatherings, girls’ get togethers, and friend reunions! We’ll be back, for sure!

This house was clean, well stocked in the kitchen. Fabulous started packs in the bathrooms and kitchen so we didnt need to buy huge amounts of dishwasher and other cleaning supplies. The host was extremely responsive to all messages and very helpful

Fabulous house in a great location!
We absolutely loved our stay at Creola! It's a charming home with an incredible fenced in yard that was perfect for our family - especially our 2 dogs! Check-in/checkout procedures were super easy and very clear. We loved being able to walk to Alga's, J's Bakery, and East Hill Pizza. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and we also enjoyed the soaking tub along with the outdoor shower. We will definitely be back!

Great location for us, SO clean and had everything we needed! Could not believe the amount of storage, such a great use of space; good parking too. Only a few suggestions: a hand/grab bar at the backdoor would be helpful as those steps have a deeper step-down, an unlock code for the backdoor, and a mowed yard. We would definitely stay here again. :):):)

Cute older home in the downtown/east hill area. Very clean. Only downside was parking, the designated parking area was on the backside of the property and the only “keyed” entrance was in the front. In the pouring rain and unloading our bags, it was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, the house itself was so cute and comfortable! It reminded me so much of my great grandmothers old house (in a good way!)!

Great location
Great location so driving to the sites was a breeze. We also enjoyed being able to walk to some great spots too. I recommend making ALGA Brewery a must visit … excellent food, beer and the staff were insanely friendly!

A month in Pensacola
My yard in Winston-Salem NC is being renovated so I took my 3 dogs to Florida for a month. My husband needs access to an airport for his job in Ohio. I picked cottage Creola because I wanted to launch my own home search in East Hill - its 3 miles from airport, quieter than downtown with its own stuff to do and a quick 8 miles to the beaches. It did not disappoint! Jitterbug coffee is a delight! Two walkable blocks away with multiple milk options for your latte, one being a local dairy! J’s bakery - an institution - is next door and the coffee cup is a hefty walk, but doable! At J’s I got a devil dog which my dad used to get me in the 70s bringing home cream horns and eclairs for the rest of the family. I enjoyed it on the front porch of the Creola cottage as a lovely breeze rustled the leaves of the palms! What an absolute delight! After a rainstorm - queue the family - a family of small kids in bathing suits came to splash and float homemade paper boats down the rain culverts, and then came the ice-cream truck!! Are you kidding me with this flood of nostalgia?!?!!! Inside Jitterbug is a Saturday hours only record store! I brought a portable and perused latest releases picking up some new vinyl to spin. The house is old, but it’s two comfortable bedrooms. Two full bathrooms. Two living spaces. And a fully functioning kitchen and laundry. The backyard is fully fenced with plenty of space in the back for the dogs to run.
