Cozy home on 2 bays, minutes to white sand beaches, shops & great reataurants!

Our remodeled 3 level Gulf Coast rental is perfect for a family get away or a quiet couple retreat. Our lower level offers storage, covered parking, BBQ grill and a perfect summer seating area. We also added 1 stand up paddle board/ 1 kayak to get out and enjoy the bay more, disc golf, corn hole boards and other toys/beach gear. The second floor offers a very comfortable living area with a queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen Smart TV, sideboard/buffet, deck with seating, full kitchen, half bath and laundry. The third floor offers two full size bathrooms and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a new queen size bed, overstuffed chair, deck with seating and a full master bath with closet and plenty of cabinet space. The second bedroom has new twin beds, closet and dresser space with the second bath just out side in the hallway. Both bedrooms have TVs for the rainy day you might have to stay inside and be entertained.

The Innerarity Point Townhomes is a small gated community surrounded by water. Our condo overlooks the Old River Bay, with lush vegetation and amazing birds, dolphins and stingrays. Just across the parking lot, all guests have full access to a small beach on the Perdido Bay. Wildlife watching is great on both bays. We also have a wonderful pool area and small clubhouse with a stationary bike, elliptical and treadmill to keep you moving.

We are just minutes from all that Perdido Key and the surrounding area has to offer. Visit the National Naval Museum, home of the Blue Angels or spend the day walking the endless white sugar sand beaches at Johnson Beach State Park, Perdido Key State Park or one of the many public access beaches just a few miles away.

If you want to stock the kitchen or just need some basics for your stay, our local grocery & liqueur store, Publix, is at the entrance to Innerarity Point Rd. There is also a Winn Dixie north of the same intersection. If you want to dine out, there are several great restaurants & pubs within 20 min. or less.

We put a lot of consideration into our townhome and are constantly improving; please enjoy our quite yet convenient location. Don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your trip, any needs you might have or any suggestions you'd like to make.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. The area is quiet and felt safe. We were very pleased with the location and spent lots of time at the nearby Rosamond Johnson beaches. The condo has several opportunities for activities without leaving: kayaking, swimming, indoor games, etc etc. Lots of little details around the condo made it feel welcome: binoculars, books, coloring activities, beach gear, etc. Well stocked kitchen with all the dishes/pans you need to cook at home. Updated, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of four to spread out a bit from each other on rainy days. This was a wonderful spot for our trip to FL and we would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Fun Place to Stay!
This was one of the most enjoyable trips to the beach our family has had in a long while. The hostess was so helpful and accommodating. It was a different experience staying at the bay vs the usual condo on the beachfront. Located in a nice, clean, quiet gated community this wonderful place was only a short drive to beautiful Johnson Beach park. There was so much to do around the condo. The community pool was within walking distance as was as the little beach on the bay where we enjoyed the paddle board & kayak provided.

My family and I do a lot of Florida vacations but the 1st time in this area. The location of this townhouse was perfect for what we wanted. The area is easy to navigate. Carol was very easy to communicate with and responsive when I had questions. The townhome is very nice, located in a good area. All of the furniture including the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. The pool is an added bonus. It is a short walk from the townhouse. The pool was never very busy which was an added plus. It was clean and had plenty of chairs for relaxing. If available we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area. Thank you Carol for sharing your home with us! Robin

Quiet and convenient location
I was so pleased on arrival at this town home. It is charming, tidy and conveniently located. It is off of the main strip with all the hustle and bustle in a gated and secluded little strip of land with the bay on either side. They had so many nice things for their guests to use including a SUP and kayak which we enjoyed on the bay. I would definitely recommend this rental.

A Great Family Retreat
This townhome was a wonderful retreat for my family. Staying on the bay provided my family multiple activities throughout the day. KC Camp provided a clean and beautifully decorated place to stay along with items to play with, such as a kayak, paddle board, and floats. We were a short 10 minute drive from our fav spot- Perdido Key State Park beaches and lots of yummy places to eat.

We Loved this place!
We were thrilled when we got in and saw this place. The pictures don't do it justice and we really felt like we were some place special. The condo was spotless and the interior colors and decorating were so inviting and make you really feel like you are in Florida in a classy way. The double balconies allowed us room to spread out and the twin beds in the guest rooms meant our teen girls did not have to sleep together and keep each other awake. We took advantage of the kayak and paddle board and had so much fun scooting around on the water. At night we walked down by the beach and saw toads, fish, crabs and hermit crabs scrambling around. Although the road is right outside the condo, it is not a very busy and you really didn't notice the traffic. We had lots of places to visit while we were down here, but could have easily spent several days just in and around the condo. The property owner was VERY personable and easy to talk to when we needed advice or help!

This was our second stay at KC Camp. This townhome is beautifully maintained and owner has thought of everything that a vacationer may need. We love the location, so quiet and serene yet close to grocery store and some excellent restaurants. KC is so helpful and responds quickly. We will definitely stay here on future visits to the Pensacola area.

Easy check in and wonderfully equipped condo. All the comforts of home! Beautifully decorated and comfortable stay. Easy to get to different beaches, and the bay was a nice option. The kitchen has all the necessary tools and space. Two separate balconies allowed for outside bay watching and early morning coffee. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. It was so nice to be able to do some laundry after a day at the beach. Highly recommend!

Quiet location, short drive to beaches
This is a lovely 3 story townhouse in a gated community. The Perdido beaches are about 15-20 minutes away. We were there for a family wedding on the July 4th weekend, and are so happy we stayed there instead of the busy beach area. Since there is so little traffic (35mph), we did our walking on the road leading to the complex and saw a dolphin swimming in the bay! The owner is very responsive to questions. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. There is a Publix and Winn Dixie nearby and several restaurants, although we didn't try the restaurants. If we every wanted to stay in the area again, we would definitely stay there again!

Tremendously enjoyed.
This home is put together with all love and care. The beach toys, the games, the coffee makers, the cleaning supplies, the dishes, and even the usb phone charging stations on the alarm clocks were perfectly furnished. I am former military and this place has the feel of someone who served in the military because of all the attention to detail. Our family could not have wished for better accommodations. My adult son and I stayed at KCCamp for the month of March. I mostly played golf at 2 courses, Lost Key and Perdido Bay G&CC which were very close by. My son did biking and paddle boarding ( he brought his own paddle board although there are 2 there). The accommodation were everything we expected, ,the unit would be great for 2 couples or a family of 4. Carol was very helpful before and during our visit. I would recommend KCCamp to anyone looking to vacation in the Pensacola area.
