"Blue Angels" Bungalow

Lovely home that has been updated. Hardwood floors except kitchen, bathrooms and master bedroom which has new carpet and walk in closet and shower. Central Heat and Air, covered outside patio with charcoal grill. Covered carport and laundry room attached to the patio. The home has a large fenced yard with plenty of parking for several vehicles , boats, etc. We added an on demand gas water heater so you will not run out of hot water. Gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, disposal and dishwasher with a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. WiFi and Roku TVs' in the Living Room and all bedrooms. This is a very cozy home which is perfect for any vacationers who love to fish or love the beach. There are 2 free boat launches within a mile of the house. We are located on the West side of Pensacola with all kinds of shopping within a one mile radius. Located within 2 miles of the front gate to the Naval Air Station (NAS). Perdido Beach is just 10 miles to the west, FloraBama is 15 miles to the West and Pensacola Beach is 10 miles to the East. The new bridge to the beach is open as well as the water shuttle to the beaches. This is a perfect winter home for SNOWBIRDS.
