Downtown and all its Restuarant's, bars, and shops is just on your doorsteps. Plus, the 2 sugar white beaches are only a few minute's drive away.
The space
Within the apt you’ll have everything you could need for a relaxing stay with a gourmet kitchen, an inviting open concept living space, a chic dining area, a workspace and a beautiful bedroom with a cloud-like queen bed. Luxury spa bathroom with glass shower, washer and dryer located in the closet off the ensuite.

On a sunny day, slide open the glass doors to create seamless indoor/outdoor living that steps out onto the upper balcony. Here you can make yourself comfortable on the patio chairs and soak up the endless Florida sun as you read your favorite book with a coffee or a cup of tea.

The Outdoor Space
Outside is where the villa really shines with a stunning landscaped yard that you’ll never want to leave!

The steppingstones lead you past your own private putting green giving you the perfect place to practice your swing. Keep following the stones around to the glamorous pergola where you can pull up a chair and relax on the outdoor lounge surrounded by tall palm trees giving you lush tropical resort vibes.

When the sun goes down, light up the fire pit and gather around the warm fire each night as you roast marshmallows and toast to the perfect getaway with a glass of local wine (or two).

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire upstairs apartment. You will share access to the gym, and the outdoor living area and amenities.
Other things to note
Please note that this is a quiet residential area with an older community, so we ask that you keep the noise levels to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbors.

Please note: We ask that all guests double check to ensure they have all their belongings. We are not responsible for any items left behind. However if they do realize they have left something of value behind, then they must contact me ASAP. There is no guarantee we can get items back to you however if possible, I charge a $20 dollar handling fee, plus the postage and any other costs involved in getting the item back.
