Forget all the busy streets and noises of the crowded beach front life, we have the best country style living in the city. Tons of great places to eat and visit. Grocery store within walking distance. Bring your family and enjoy the Park just a few blocks away, or relax in your private backyard with large Grill and deck with table and chairs . Great clean and quite neighborhood. Close to Downtown, Restaurants, Shopping and a Short Drive to The Beach. Enjoy the unique entertainment/events that Beautiful Historic East Hills has to offer. Charming Cottage style home, with original hardwood floors throughout. Bathrooms have all been updated, large bedrooms and closets, with extra storage in the Laundry Room. This cozy home has all new appliances and amenities. New remote controlled lights and fans. Antique and art style decor throughout the home complete 2 master bedrooms one with a king Size bed and the other with a queen bed. The third bedroom features a full and a twin bed. Enjoy an entire home to yourself costing way less than a one bedroom hotel room.

Great getaway!
We stayed for the week as a family of three. The location was great for our spring break needs and we loved our time there! Our host was very communicative before we even arrived. It’s in a walkable neighborhood and close to many local attractions and restaurants.

East Hill Stay
We spent a week in this lovely home, enjoying sunny back deck, open kitchen. There are so many nice eateries nearby, parks, and, of course, downtown! The History Museum, the Fish House and Jaco’s, and watching the Blue Angels practice. Next year, we’ll add Spring Training. Thank you!

Don't miss the Moreno house!
I loved the quaintness of the home, and beautiful yard.... and the location was perfectly nestled in the best part of East Hill. I would recommened this home to anyone that is traveling trhough the area as it was just perfect for our family of 3 young kids and our husky. The open floor plan is wonderfully inviting, the beds and linnens were so very comfortable and having two clean big bathrooms was a bonus. Our host was incredible through the whole process of our 6 weeks+ stay. Penny was checking in with us consistenly and making sure everything with the house was in order, which is always was. At one point the garbage can went missing and the problem was addressed and managed immediatedly by Penny. I hope when my family comes to visit the home is available because it is perfect in every way. The neighbors were helpful, kind, and welcoming. This is by far the perfect location if you want to feel the love in East Hill. Thank you for your increible hospitality. Katie and Family

We had a nice stay
Our family really enjoyed our stay. We did have some issues with the AC but the owner/property manager got someone out there to take care of the problem. I would just recommend the yard to be maintained a little better than what is was.

House was just as described. Very clean, very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Great central location for our needs in Pensacola. A very nice place to stay!
The only downfall was construction going on across the street, so it wasn’t very quiet in the mornings. I do not see any fault with the property owner though, as that is completely beyond their control.

Check in was easy and property manager, Penny, was very responsive and pleasant. Location is convenient to everything, with plenty of room. Many thoughtful touches, like filtered water pitcher with cold water upon arrival, plenty of towels, pillows and extra supplies, Roku tvs, remote control fans throughout, high-speed internet and comfortable furniture. Would rent here again!

Thanksgiving
Wet stayed here to be closer to family for Thanksgiving. The property was clean, spacious, and offered everything we would need. Plenty of towels and soaps in the bathrooms, extra blankets in the bedrooms, and even a closet with beach towels and chairs in case you plan on hitting the beach (which we recommend!) The yard, while not entirely fenced in, provided plenty of fenced yard for us to feel safe taking the dog in the back yard at night. The neighborhood was safe, beautiful, and close to what we needed. The check in process was super easy, the property imager checked in the first night to ensure we had no problem, and we were welcomed with a welcome basket with plenty of snacks to help get us through the weekend. I would stay here again, and would recommend to friends.
