Great place for our retreat
This home is surprisingly large and roomy. We had 10 ladies staying the weekend and we had plenty of room. Everything was super-clean and tidy and the pool area was awesome. We enjoyed it very much! 10/10 recommend!

Perdido key week
Our family of 4 kids, dog, and parents enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful & equipped with most of the basics. The location is great- 7 minutes to the beach and walking distance to the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery & a park. Future additions like games, beach equipment, etc would be nice. Extra blankets are needed for chilly people.

Condo at Trout Lane
The condo is beautiful and large and roomy especially for a larger group. It’s in a good location. The yard is tiny. Loved the nearby swimming pool. The garage is small. A tight fit for larger vehicles.

Nice place.
Overall nice place, living room is hot because of the big open window. Can't really fit a full size SUV in the garage. Overall those things did not affect my stay enough for me not to recommend it. The pool was nice. Everything in the house is updated.

Very nice property
Property was very clean and was in close proximity to many areas that we wanted to see. Pool area and pickle ball courts were very nice. We would definitely come back to this property. The only amenity that would have been nice would have been a gas grill.

Overall great stay for our family
We loved the location, fenced in back yard. My only complaint is the pool. It was under repair and we only got to use it 1 day during our stay. This was a very important amenity for myself so imagine my disappointment. My husband seemed to think the bedrooms needed TV’s-me not so much.

Needs a few finishing touches.
First of all the initial description said to bring your "furry" friends aka pets. This is vague as after we booked we learned that pets(plural) meant only 1 dog under 50 lbs. We have 2 small dogs that don't weigh 30lbs put together. We called to verify this and it was confirmed that we could bring only 1. We had to leave 1 home with a sitter. The description needs to be clarified so others will not make this mistake. The house is new. It has the very basics for a week long stay. A couple of items that would help to complete it are water hoses for the outside water spigots to help in washing down gear from the beach, an outside grill, and adjustments to the fire alarms. They went off anytime we cooked a meal. Overall a nice house and location. It just needs some fine tuning. We really enjoyed our week in Perdido Key.

Beautiful home, convenient location and amenities
We had a wonderful experience with this home! It was beautiful, had all the convenient amenities we could want, and was only a short drive from a beautiful, uncrowded beach. This is the perfect location for anyone who just wants to simply enjoy the beach without all the gaudy tourist attractions typically found near the beach. Pensacola is just a short drive if you have any wants or needs that cannot be found in Perdido-be sure to check out the wonderful free aviation museum! We loved the pool, pickleball courts, and giant chess and checker sets close by on the condo grounds-we just wished the pool and other outdoor activities had been open later at night, because it was too hot to use them during the middle of the day! Check-in process was easy and without any problems. We loved our stay and hope to return! It's the ideal house for a family who just wants to spend some time together near the beach. Loved the swings and the little backyard, too! Only small suggestion I would recommend is that it would be nice if guests could leave behind basic nonperishable necessities for the next guests, such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, nonstick spray, spices, because it's a pain bringing all those things in the car and expensive to purchase them there and I hated to either throw out what we didn't use or make room for them in our crowded car. We loved this house and hope to come back soon!

Nice home- great location
House in great location- walking distance to pool, pickle ball court, fishing dock and Publix. Short drive to the beach. Smoke detector very sensitive and had to turn on fan and open door every time we cooked. Very clean and spacious.
