We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard to avoid a $50 clean up fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

AMAZING!!

This was my first time staying at an air bnb, and it was amazing! The owner was so nice, accommodating, and informative, the house itself was beautiful and cozy, had everything we needed!! The neighborhood was nice and it was so close to everywhere and everything!!

Cozy stay

Cozy little home. Had everything you needed. Walking distance to the boat ramp. Perfect little yard for our dogs. If you are wanting to watch tv I’d recommend you bring a fire stick or Roku as there was no cable. Host also provided multiple family games.

Home Away From Home

This property was not only more than accommodating, it was breathtaking! The kitchen was fully stocked with just about everything you needed. Coffee bar was a bonus! The bedrooms were just what one could hope for to get a good nights rest! On sight laundry room- and most importantly, THE GRILL! This was a family vacation that all of us members had been yearning for as it had been months since we’d all been together (Military Life). From the moment we checked in, we felt at home and check out was a breeze. Should we ever find ourselves in Pensacola again, we will definitely look to book here!
