Fabulously updated and remodeled, this beautiful gulf-front villa features breathtaking views that will whisk you away to paradise! You'll have an eye-pleasing kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, sure to inspire your inner chef. Enjoy full views of the community boat dock and community tennis courts right from the kitchen. Tucked away just to the left, you'll find a half bathroom updated with granite and tile. There is plenty of dining space for your guests and you'll love the private ocean views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from the living room. Upstairs, you'll find a guest bedroom, a guest full bathroom, and the main bedroom, complete with its own full-size bay windows with glimmering ocean views, plus ample closet space and recessed lighting. The main bathroom has granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring, and a custom tiled shower. The guest bedroom offers a water view from the bedroom windows, and the guest bathroom is very roomy and comfortable. There is even guest access to the boat dock and ramp!

Be sure to visit some of the area's best restaurants like Crab Trap Perdido Key, The Flora-Bama Yacht Club, and Flora-Bama Ole River Grill while you're here. Wonderful place and location. For the price needs new sofa, high top table on balcony and little things like shower curtains need to be replaced. But, nice place, clean with a little wear but with some polish would return.

We really enjoyed this spacious condo. The only issues we had was the iron would not work and toilet bowl holder is spare bathroom up stairs needs to be tightened. We loved the view from the balcony and master bedrooms.

Wonderful Month
Beautiful location and breathtaking view of beach. Easy check in and access to building. Pla e was well equipped and clean. Two and 1/2 bath was an extra. Access to beach and pool was convenient. VRBO was excellent snd provided great service. Entrances to building itself needed a little more explanation Two buildings one East other West but confusing to determine which entrance for specific room.Still great experience.

Very easy to rent. Had to ask for codes to get in, email not sent until I ask for. The property was great. Floors need a deep clean. Tile is really dirty. Other than that, it was a great vacation.

The unit was clean and well appointed, we could find nothing wrong. This is not our first time at Perdido Towers and we love the quiet beach there. Vacassa is extremely responsive with questions. The owners have made a lot of high end upgrades, Bosch Dishwasher, granite, etc...super nice!

The location of the condo was perfect. After the second night we started to notice a musty smell & have sinus issues. Would check the filter & for mold. The water filter on the refrigerator needed to be changed. Other than those issues the condo was very nice comfortable & quiet. We would definitely stay ther again.

The condo was great and exactly as advertised. I loved the fact that it has two levels. It helps make the condo feel larger and provide separation if you need it! The views were amazing and the location is great - quite enough to not be super touristy but close enough to bars and restaurants so you can walk. There were tiny imperfections about the property, but nothing that would stop me from visiting again. When we first arrived the code provided by Vacasa was incorrect. I went to Perdido Towers' management office to get the right code, but they said since the property was owned by Vacasa they couldn't help me. After calling Vacasa and talking to Customer Service for 20 minutes, the lady I spoke to found a "back up" code and that worked - thank goodness! When we walked in the condo, I immediately noticed the downstairs half-bath restroom door was locked. I thought that's weird, but maybe they blocked it off for a reason. My cousin (without me knowing) picked the lock and the restroom seemed to function fine, besides the fact that it hadn't been cleaned. I also noticed women's hairs on all the living room furniture and didn't feel like the condo was squeaky clean. Vacasa called me on my second day of staying at the property and asked how may stay was going. When I told them about the issues, they empathized and made it right, so that was great! Overall, I would book the condo again and would suggest it to anyone who wants to stay directly on the gulf!
