You'll love watching a good movie or show on the large flatscreen TV while enjoying a nice afternoon snack prepared in the full kitchen - you'll find you have all the small and major appliances and counter space you need to prepare fantastic meals for everyone to enjoy. Take the elevator to spend the day at the beach then come home to spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower before taking advantage of the high-speed WiFi to post your best selfies to your social media accounts. The private washer/dryer will make it easy to keep your clothes clean during your vacation. Get in a good workout at the fitness room then follow it with a refreshing swim in the shared pool. Nice condo
Nice one- bedroom condo, great beach view, very clean and fresh, good hot water and tub drains well. Note: the kitchen faucet is falling apart and not firmly attached to the counter. We mostly ate out during our stay so this didn’t affect our stay, but it needs to be fixed.

Perdido condo
Overall the place was nice. More of a family friendly setup for 2 adults and 2 young kids which was fine. They were doing some renovations during our stay so I’m sure the place will look great when they are finished on the exterior. It was quiet and right on the beach, and the interior of the qbits were clean and comfortable. Hard to complain much. We had a great time. Great location for a few restaurants and shops without going far and just a short walk across the street.

Beautiful view but this unit needs work!
This unit needs work. When we first arrived, we were shocked to find the unit completely unlocked. Thankfully everything was okay, but you just never know. As we were getting settled in, one gentle pull and the oven handle came off. We called Vacasa and someone came out and stated that he would have to order a part which of course would not be there to do any good for our stay. The dishwasher door would not open all the way, so I was afraid to even use it at all. There was blood on the shower curtain, the bathtub drained too slowly and the cabinet door under the bathroom sink was broken. We would love to stay in the area again, as we loved that we could walk to some restaurants and were away from the crowds, but I will not book this room and will be reluctant to book any other unit in this condo in the future.

Needs work. Has potential.
Lots of problems with unit. We love Perdido but not this unit. We had problems with locks, tv, Wi-Fi, shower, kitchen, bed, bathroom fan, floor cleaning. We go to this area several times a year - this was worst condo experience that we’ve ever had. The unit has potential- beautiful view, pool and beach access. Building has some rust that needs addressing also but overall the unit itself needs some attention. I can give more details if needed. Personally I think some type of compensation should be offered.

Needs Attention
Water pressure in shower was good. Bed was firm and comfortable. I There is a list of items we have for the owner to make right. Definitely the flooring is risky due to at least four place of loose and torn material Air conditioner cover plate on the balcony falls off at will Bathroom cabinet door below sink was only propped up by the door next it so it half falls off when you open it Bedroom TV remote does not work at all. Even with new batteries Lamp bulb close to slider door does not function. Entry door sticks open and scrapes the floor. This is not the usual experience we have when we stay in this area.

The facility and condo are beautiful. We loved the complex with everything being under one roof. Wasn’t very busy when we arrived but as the week got closer to spring break the elevator traffic increased. We still never had to wait long to get an one. Very fast elevators. Our only negative is that the 2 additional rooms did not have dressers in them. Our kids and grands lived out of their suitcases for 8 days. No place to put your things so they were all over. We couldn’t believe it! Even the cheapest hotels give you a dresser and this is not cheap!!

Great Little Beach Spot
Condo is super convenient to beach and pool- just a few steps! Building as a whole is outdated, but condo has been renovated somewhat. Overall we had a great little getaway!

Beware of keylock system!
I would have gladly overlooked a few minor things we weren't thrilled about because the positives of this unit far outweighed the few negatives, but one thing that needs to be addressed is the keylock system. We arrived and were able to simply enter our code and turn the doorknob to enter (which we learned later meant it was not locked properly before we arrived.) When we tried to leave for the first time we could not lock the door. We tried every way we could think of, and even had other guests try to no avail. I sent a message to Vacasa to get instructions and was given the wrong information repeatedly by multiple people via live chat, texts and phone calls. FINALLY after over 4 hours we were given the correct instructions. This was not only frustrating but ruined the first day of our short vacation. Communication needs to be better, Vacasa. Please provide the correct information to your future guests!

Our stay was pleasant and just what we needed. Clean and well stocked with cooking utensils made eating in a breeze. We did try eating out and found many good resteraunts. We give a thumb up on location and beach area!

Beautiful stay
Great stay in Perdido Key. The condo was well equipped, clean, and with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico via the balcony. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Excellent place to rest and enjoy a beautiful beach.
