The Perdido Key Oasis - Lower Level is perfect for a quick getaway or small family vacation! If you're local, bring your boat and tie up on the two mooring whips when you're not beached on Robinson Island or at the Florabama Yacht Club. It's not beach front, but you're only a five minute walk to the best white sand beaches the Gulf has to offer. No matter what you're looking for, this place has it!
The Space:
CONSTRUCTION SPECIAL PRICING AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, and OCTOBER 2024! Prices have been reduced 25% while we build our outdoor pool in the back yard! The quality of your stay shouldn't be greatly affected but due to the potential for construction noise and debris throughout the months of August and September we're offering guests a 25% discount for stays of any duration in the month of August and September.
Perdido Key Oasis - Lower Level is a private and smaller division of the larger 4BR/3.5BA Perdido Key Oasis (listed separately). We use the lower level listing to fill gaps in our calendar and cater to last minute travelers looking for the luxury of a single family beach home. To be clear: you will NOT have to share any space with other renters or the owners.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entirety of the first floor and one garage bay during their stay (there is an owner's closet and one garage bay is reserved for the owners as well). Perdido Key Oasis Lower Level is used to fill vacancies in our calendar but you will NOT have to share any spaces with other renters, nor will we be on the premises during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Perdido Key Coves One is located in the middle of Perdido Key State Park. Use the deeded beech access to enjoy one of the most secluded and pristine beach areas from Gulf Shores to 30A.
Getting Around:
The beach and neighborhood tennis courts are a five minute walk from the home. With free parking on-site, you'll be able to drive east or west for any number of food options. There's also an active public transit (uber & taxis) in the area.

We're excited to host you! PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU'LL NEED TO SIGN OUR HOUSE RULES AND SUPPLEMENTAL RENTAL AGREEMENT AFTER BOOKING. SIGNATURES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE RESERVATION (OR 4 HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN, WHICHEVER IS EARLIER). If you have any concerns about this, feel free to book a different property. If you review the documents and decide it's not for you, we'll happily cancel your reservation free of charge.
A few things we kindly ask of our guests:
1) Read through the property description and details in the booking application before you book and check-in.
2) Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the photos of the property.
3) Spend a few minutes to read and understand the House Rules and Rental Agreement - make sure your group gets a copy as well.
4) Keep an eye out for our messages with important instructions and details to make your stay comfortable. A simple "got it" in response is perfect!
Good to know: For some booking platforms, our security deposit requirement is waived. Contact us for details or any questions about our policies.

The pool is heated from the months of March-November. With advance notice, we can heat the pool in winter months for an additional fee to be agreed prior to booking. Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM year round.
