The simple, chic, and relaxed décor invites you to get comfortable and feel at home. Each bedroom offers a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Blackout drapery will ensure a perfect night's sleep. A fully-stocked kitchen with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances are provided at your convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea in the beautiful outdoor common area just around the corner from your front door.

BIG BONUS: A stay in this particular unit grants you a FREE, GUARANTEED parking spot literally STEPS away from the "World's Whitest Beaches" at a local Pensacola Beach House. Once you've booked, simply let us know when you plan on needing the parking space on the beach.

•Bathroom 1: Located in the hallway, shower/tub combo. Bathroom has doors to both the foyer and the first bedroom.

•Bathroom 2: Ensuite to bedroom 2, stand-alone shower.
•Living Room: Comfy couch with Smart TV. Feel free to use your own streaming services.

-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a nightly discounted rate ($10) upon request.
-Check in process is self guided, but we are always just a text or call away.
-While not inherently included in the vacation home experience, hotel-like services such as daily housekeeping can be added to your reservation upon request.
-Minimum age at check in is 25 and rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival.
-Access is granted by Yale Accentra app. An invite will be sent via email for guest to download prior to arrival.

Very nice condo!
Great, spacious condo with excellent decor, appliances and furnishings. Condo in a great location that worked perfect for our family of 3. Plenty of entertainment and dinning within short walking distance. Beaches and other attractions are 5 to 15 minute drive. Airport is just 15 minutes away. Only thing to be aware of is this unit faces Palafox so it’s a bit noisy during the peak evening hours, especially on the weekend. For a more quiet experience book a unit on the parking side. That said, you can’t beat walking downstairs and having your pick of restaurants and bars to enjoy.
