The newly designed kitchen has quartz counter tops, premium stainless-steel appliances and is fully equipped to prepare a meal for your guests.
There is seating for 4 at the dining table, 5 at the countertop bar, and additional seating at the balcony’s outdoor dining table.
There is additional table seating on the balcony to relax in the privacy of your own space enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The incredibly spacious living area includes a large sofa, love seat and lounge chair surrounding the flat-screen TV with plenty of room to relax together.

-Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
- During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.

-Guaranteed onsite parking for 1 car, public overflow parking outside gate.
Here’s what to expect:
Your vacation property is supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.
All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.
Important Note:
-The owners do occupy their condo throughout the year, and they have dogs. We make every effort to remove all pet hair and dander but, guests with dog allergies might still have issues. Only owners are allowed to have pets at South Harbour.
CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Free cancellations up to 14 days of your arrival date.
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE – CSA Travel Protection Insurance. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. You can view this brochure at http://www.vacationrentalinsurance.com.
Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old.
NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the property this includes balconies.
No pets are allowed.
