This luxury townhouse has the closest beach access, offering spectacular views of Gulf sunsets. For added comfort, it also features high-end furniture, plentiful amenities, and more.

As the owner/manager, I strive to provide every guest with a home-away-from-home experience. If you need anything, I am right around the corner.

For specifics, the townhouse offers the following:

*Pet friendly. Dogs deserve to see the Gulf too! Pet Fee $250

* Large custom showers, essential for a long day at the beach.

*A fully stocked kitchen, complete with a diverse coffee selection.

*Private garage suitable for three vehicles.

*Free-to-use beach activités and supplies, including boogie boards, a beach cart, sand castle shovels, inflatables, and more.

*Four bedrooms, including a master with an en suite bathroom.

*Oceanside deck with a high-end gas grill.

*Multiple televisions, including a 65 inch smart TV.

*King sized Tempurpedic mattresses.

*Laundry room with high tech machines.

The location is perfect. Love that the allow any size dog. I had problems finding a place that allowed over 30lbs for a dog. The property is wonderful and right on the beach. Will definitely visit again.

The house was perfectly situated right on the beach. Lots of room for the entire family. Sally was very responsive when I emailed with questions. Very nice having a beach cart to haul stuff out to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

This was our first time to stay in Pensacola Beach. This property is right on the beach!! Great location - less than one mile to all the activity and restaurants - easy walk or bike ride. We highly recommend this property!

Property was all we hoped for! Great location for our girls trip with the beach steps away from the condo plus restaurants and shops were close by. View from the deck was amazing and we appreciated the use of the garage and beach equipment. We would stay here again.
