Palm Beach Club 225 is a gorgeously decorated, lofted condo located across the street from the beach and gazebos, providing stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Also, right next door is a kid-friendly beach on the sound with no waves and shallow waters, perfect for little kids to paddleboard, swim, and explore. They'll even have a pirate ship playground to enjoy while you relax under a gazebo.

This beautiful retreat is the perfect accommodation for any occasion, providing plenty of room for you and your loved ones to spread out. With elegant and fresh décor and furnishings, pops of color, and a welcoming ambiance throughout, you will fall in love with Palm Beach Club 225. When days heat up, the shared pool will be just the place to soak up the sunshine and crack open a new novel. When days come to a close, watch the sky change colors from the balcony and whip up a favorite recipe in the well-equipped kitchen.

Sitting on the main drag of Pensacola Beach, you will be in the heart of all the action here. When you want to venture out, head over to Park West and watch the waves crash on the shore. When everyone has had their fill of beach time, make the quick three-mile drive to Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier and try and catch a big one with the locals. While in the area, you will also have plentiful dining and shopping options!

An oldie but goodie
This place is super convenient and pretty nice. It's older so its in need of some updates. I was aware of this when booking because I had previously stayed here with a family member. I'd book again although I'd love to see this unit get some updates

Cute Condo
The location was absolutely perfect. It gave you the option to swim on the bay area and the main beach. Not too crowded. The kitchen is itty bitty and the blinds were broken in some spaces. Overall, we would stay again!

The perfect little getaway
This was the perfect little getaway for our anniversary. We enjoyed the sunsets from the patio and just enjoyed how quiet the place was. I thought we’d hear more of the neighbors but it was so silent.

Wonderful location with easy Beach & Bay access. Condo had some wear but was clean…the window blinds in master bath need fixing or replaced because it lacked privacy. Otherwise, plenty of towels, dishes, coffee maker…appreciated the dish & laundry soaps.

Condo was clean and orderly when we arrived. Property is secure and peaceful. We really enjoyed the easy access to the gulf beaches and also right out back was a wonderful little beach on the bay. Great place to stay with a family.

Creepy workers staring into our windows waving at children
I was really upset the construction that was being done to the windows and balcony happened during our stay. The blinds were broken in the main bedroom and the living area. So they were looking into our windows and waving at my children. It was super creepy. And they were there before 8 am. And woke us up. And stayed most of the day.

Perfect location
The property location was excellent. We were very surprised and happy with the layout of the condo. Everybody had privacy but plenty of room when we wanted to spend time together on the main level. I would suggest if you want to do a lot of cooking to pack some of your favorite items. Lots of wine, glasses and plates And cutlery. Very limited on. Other things like cutting boards of admits baking sheets. I was told by property management that the unit is going to be renovated so I’m excited to stay again. See what changes they’ve made and hopefully the kitchen has a little bit more cook friendly items for the next visit. I will definitely make sure that I take some of my favorite items with me just for convenience. But we may do thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The condo backed up to the bay area, which was nice to decks so you could relax see the boats come in and out of the bay area. in the beach is just across the street with a short walk or plenty of parking for that as well. They do have grills across the street at the beach parking area so if you want to grill things, they have grills and picnic tables.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay. It was enough room for 8 adults. Close walk to the Gulf, walk down the beach of the sound or just enjoy the pool. Property manager was very helpful and quick to answer all questions. We had small issue during our stay and the property manger made sure it was fixed right away. We would consider staying again,

Beach vacation
The location is perfect for families looking for a more secluded sound side view. The private beach was great for our kids. Our only complaint was the home was not cleaned up to expectations, nothing out right nasty but could use a deep clean. The master bath needs a major upgrade, whenever the shower was used the entire floor was flooded due to the set up of the shower/ tub. The other shower downstairs needs a light as it is very dark. The dishwasher only worked twice. And the lights in both bathrooms downstairs need to be replaced. Overall we still enjoyed our stay and none of the above issues were detrimental to our vacation more of an inconvenience.

Poor Quality
We were excited to return to the Palm Beach Club after staying here last year. Upon arrival, the storm door handle broke apart in my husbands hand. When first entering I noticed the dirty entryway/hallway walls and the holes in the countertop surface. The stove had 3 barely working burners, 2 of them were extremely loose and uneven. Had to have maintenance come and replace a kitchen outlet in order for them to be in working order. The over the stove microwave didn’t work and most of the cabinet doors were loose and crooked. The bar “featuring” the mini fridge with wine racks, did not work. My children were excited to use the jacuzzi tub, only to find the jets not working and the drain plug was laying on the side of the tub. The master bath sink had no drain plug. This is our fourth spring break staying in a condo and this unit was the worst. We did stop in to the Resort Quest office and voice our disappointment, they gave us a 20% refund for our inconvenience. That was very nice, but we were still extremely disappointed in the cost of this rundown unit.

Disappointing
I will start by saying that once we got someone to give us the local employee’s name, she was gracious and tried to fix what she could— and she applied a refund to our account. That being said— Vacasa has the absolute worst customer cafe available— I called before we arrived and was on hold for almost two hours to ask a question about an advertised amenity. (Two days later, I got an incorrect answer from a person in Oregon )— The A/c Wasn’t cooling and they did get someone out promptly for that, but it was a simple mainentaince problem. The kitchen simk Faucet was broken and ancient. The oven didn’t have a DOOR handle. The front storm door was broken and flailed constantly in the wind and would NOT latch. The furniture was old and worn and dirty. It was really not rentable. They did finally have a delivery for stove, but it wouldn’t fit without taking out refrigerator and removing doors, etc., so we asked that it be installed after we checked out. Also, the condo is directly across the street from a HUGE public access, complete with pavilions and a 300 car parking lot next door. 😳😳— I guess the upside is that it is close to the National Park and that was lovely.
