Gorgeous gulf front vacation rental 2bed/2bath Emerald Isle

Gulf Front 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with wonderful views located at Emerald Isle on Pensacola Beach! Upgrades galore including quartz kitchen counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Flat screen TV in every bedroom, with a 50 in TV in the living room. Emerald Isle is a few blocks from the center on Pensacola Beach where you will find restaurants, shop, and bars. This unit is located in a luxury high-rise condominium featuring many amenities including a Gulf-side fitness room, 2 community pools (one is heated during the off-season), a community hot tub, and a sauna! Enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach from your private balcony at this beautiful Emerald Isle condo. Some beach gear provided found in storage cage on the 1st floor.

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from June 1, 2024, until August 10, 2024, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only.

Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.  Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

Perfect Family Getaway
This was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Sand and beach play; beautiful balcony view of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets; heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the New Year’s fireworks from the breezeway by the elevators. The accommodations of our rental unit were very thoughtful and comfortable, and we had a wonderful and relaxing stay..

The view from balcony was great. Sunshiny days. Weather turned windy and a bit cold. Property managers were excellent. Minor things were handled quickly. Sound on remote and batteries replaced. Would return to this property.

Great Unit - Highly Recommend
We are from P'cola and go back to the beach at least every other year. Emerald Isle is our favorite place to stay and this unit didn't disappoint. It was very clean, had nice furniture, was well stocked, and the check-in and check out process was a breeze. Despite the unfortunate weather, we thoroughly enjoyed this unit and would stay again. We highly recommend!

Great location
We were very impressed with the location and the view of the moon coming up over the ocean. We saw dolphins and sting rays in the ocean right from our balcony. And the beach was not over crowded. The owners provided us with chairs, so we did not have to rent them. The only problem we had is that we never received a rental agreement to sign until the morning we were going to leave town on our trip.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We love the location, and the condo was nice! I do have some suggestions though, the condo could use a good deep clean, and a decent set of pots and pans. The mattress in the master bedroom is terrible, it's extremely HARD, I would highly recommend getting a softer mattress.

Awesome place just remember your codes. beautiful beach and ocean . The only complaint is the master bed needs replaced .we had to find other places to sleep . Couch . Changed room with kids . After 3 days of back pain . Just buy a new mattress .

The property is awesome! Our condo could have used spices and more toilet paper, paper towels, or dish towels, dw detergent, laundry soap and dryer sheets. Basic stuff for a stay longer than 3 days . Otherwise great!!!

Not what we expected, disappointed for the price.
The property was more run down than pictures indicated. Tile floors through out were fifthly. I had to wash my feet before going to bed. Noticed under all furniture there was trash, dust, sand etc., definitely not even been vacuumed/swept much less mopped recently. The caulking in bathrooms was cracked and falling off just made it feel less than luxurious. The king bed is terribly hard and nested into the center so my husband and I rolled into the middle all night. Couches and throw pillows were stained/dirty in many spots. There were a few ants throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, management said they were coming to spray but no one ever did show up. Patio furniture needs updated, such a gorgeous view but only hard wooden chairs to sit at. The key code access through out the property was finicky and annoying, sometimes the QR code worked, mostly we had to type in numeric code several times before it was accepted. This is more a building issue than unit but its worth mentioning because of the added effort. There is a storage locker with lots of beach items to use and that was very convenient. The proximity to everything was great and the beach was fabulous. For the price I would not return.

Nice Condo - Clean and functional
Property was just as shown on VRBO. Check in was simple, easy and professional. Great location, quiet complex and all the amenities you need for a week at the beach. Nice furniture and bedding. The cage downstairs for beach chairs, floats and umbrellas was so nice you didn't have to haul everything upstairs after a long day on the beach. We used the chairs and umbrella that were in the cage, if you don't want to bring from home there are plenty in the cage area downstairs. Great view from the Balcony.

The shower curtains in our bathrooms had mold on them but it’s not a deal breaker. We had some ants as well but I’m sure that’s not uncommon. Overall the room was nice and updated. We would stay there again!

Loved our stay!
We always love staying at Emerald Isle. This condo was clean, well equipped, and had perfect views. The master bed was firm and the other bed was soft. We decided to fly this year so we went and bought most of everything for our stay. There were plenty of fun beach items in the locker and we left some, including a canopy and 5 chairs! The only complaint I had was the jets of the master tub were pretty yucky and needed to be cleaned better. Overall great place! Thank you and we will be back!
