Come and enjoy the white sands of Pensacola Beach, relax in our 2 bedroom 2 bath home away from home. If you love fishing, docks only a few miles away. Great restaurants within walking distance or only a short drive away. We are on the 4th floor so the views are spectacular. From the front deck you have a beautiful view of the gulf and from the back deck the bay view is something to see. God bless you with your travels and with your stay at our home.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY
Our place was awesome! Very clean and convenient! Easy access to everything. Beautiful views. Enjoyed having the back deck and front deck with views. The 4 flights of stairs keep you in shape. Would stay every time we come back to Pensacola!!!

We enjoyed our stay next to the beach, watching the sun rise, drinking coffee on the balcony, and being able to walk to the water. It was a great time to recharge with our family

Wonderful view of the bay and a short walk to the beach! As others have said, the stairs could be an issue for older guests. The kitchen had everything we needed and having two bathrooms was very convenient.

Great spot for beach access
Enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed for a quick beach getaway from New Orleans. Walkable to gulf beach access, porches on both sides, and great comfort. Truly felt like we were staying at a friends home more than a vacation rental- plenty of towels (beach/bath), cooking ware, soft blankets. It is up 3 flights of outside stairs, but easy to access!

Nice Stay
We made a quick last minute trip over and this property was perfect for it. Lots to see and places to walk around. Close to beach access. Owner was super accommodating with check in and out times. The only downside was there is no elevator and with an infant that was challenging, but overall it was a great stay!

Wonderful stay!
The condo is perfect. The only downfall that others have said ā€¦ thatā€™s its 4th floor and no elevator so get ready for a workout! Also the bed is really soft but it didnā€™t bother us. Perfect location and about a 5 min walk to the beach.

Family vacation
This unit was great. We love the baywatch condo area. It is a short walk to the beach where you can use your tents. Super close to a dog beach which I loved seeing all the dogs. They have a nice pool for the condo and great dock to go fishing on. The condo itself is stocked with plenty of towels, soap, salt and pepper, all the little things that make the trip a little easier. It is on the top floor so you get your workout in going up and down but we didnā€™t mind because everything else was so great.

This was a great unit, everything you need great location, I read the reviews before I booked and saw some had issues with the stairs. We did not have any problem at all, but we are a younger family. Overall this was a great place to stay for us.

We enjoyed this condo. It was clean, well maintenance, kitchen had everything you need. We enjoyed our beautiful view on the bay. Kids loved there room. Master bedroom had a comfortable bed. My husband had a best sleep on it after straggling sleeping at home.....( now we are looking for a same mattress to update ours ))))) We love the location. About 5 minutes walk to a public beach with the pavilions, grills, restroom. And public beach on the bay on the other side, plus a play ground.LOVE IT!!!! Few minutes from all activities in Pensacola beach. It will be our new beach getaway place ā¤ļø

Everything was easy peasy with this owner. It is an older condo but it has been updated in a wonderful coastal style. Kitchen had everything we needed. New washer/dryer. Close to beaches. The elephant in the room is the 3 flights of stairs- however, after the 1st day, we were fine. We are both 71, with leg and back issues, so if we can do it, so can you! Great shower in the ā€œmaster bathā€- itā€™s to die for. There is bay view and an ocean view. We had an awesome time- hope to come again!

Lovely condo with great view of the bay from the back deck.
I needed to do a little more research on this property prior to booking. It is on the 3 level, 4 flights of stairs to access with no elevator. Normally would not be a problem but I had knee replacement surgery 10 days prior to our visit. It worked out okay, but I should have paid more attention to the details.

This was a nice condo and was pretty close to area attractions. The property was quiet. This unit is up four flights of stairs which was really only a problem when carrying things up from our vehicle. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for our needs. One thing that would have been helpful would have been to have more information about area restaurants and attractions in the condo. The Pensacola Beach Visitors Center was just down the road and they had good information. Also, it would have been nice if there were some beach chairs that could be borrowed during the stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Not sure why I had to purchase insurance plus pay a 300.00 deposit?? Bed for us at 68 yrs old was too soft and was unaware of being the top floor and no elevator . No iron and needed washing detergent since not enough wash cloths or towels for four people. Other wise ok

Wonderful visit!
The condo itself is terrific! Great layout, spacious, vaulted ceilings, 1st bdrm has not only a full & twin bunk bed but another trundle underneath; could easily fit 4+, master is roomy, quiet, has great views & beautifully remodeled double shower. Love the addition of kiddie toilet seats in both baths. Dryer was so useful keeping suits & towels done, certainly appreciated that! Plenty of supplies included-fully equipped kitchen, baths, and lots of blankets, pillows & even lil kiddie toys. TVā€™s in both rooms were so helpful during aft rains. Pool was nice but had a lot of chlorine in it. Dock is beautiful. Shame that the walkways across the ponds were messed up a few weeks ago in storm; Iā€™m sure theyā€™ll be fixed soon. The kids loved the pond ducklings and turtles especially! We even had a rainbow glow as we left. Wonderful time! Thank you. (Only issues were 4 flights of stairs and felt like the floors/tile werenā€™t clean when we got thereā€¦Sandy & made for quick dirty feet) Thoroughly enjoyed our time and will easily rent again! Enjoyable!
