This is a consistent great review star 2 bedroom listing at Emerald Isle Condominiums located in the core of Pensacola Beach on the 9th floor . Gulf front located in the core of the beach and within walking distance to restaraunts, bars, and tourist shopping !! Lots of repeat renters and fabulous hard earned reviews.

Ok let me get the fine print out of the way. We do not advertise on craigslist. I highly suggest buying travel insurance at the time of booking for unexpected cancellations or weather issues. To reimburse you need to cancel in the 3 week zone prior to your arrival . No pets and you must be 25 to book and staying on premise. No smoking except for balcony only if you must -0 tolerance for smoking inside .

This sleeps 6 max (including children) it has plenty of room for 6, a king bed in the master gulf front room that can sleep 2 , a sleeper sofa in the living room that can sleep 2 and a second bedroom which has a bunk bed that has one extra long twin bed on the top and a queen at the bottom . There is a trundle bed you may see in the video but it is locked and not for use. This sleeps 6 max, including children.

It is the perfect spot to not have to drive anywhere ! Feel free to email me with a list of other places I manage all online bookable via VRBO / Homeaway to see the awesome reviews . Take the elevator down to the ground floor and literally walk right out to the Gulf of Mexico and put your toes in the sand .

There are two outdoor side by side pools on premise . One is heated in the winter . Inside is a weight room and dry sauna. Within walking distance is restaurants , bars and shopping . You must be 25 to rent and be staying on premise . Optional beach chair and umbrella rentals or you can bring your own to use by the beach.

This condo can sleep up to 6 people including children max . The is a two bedroom, two bath unit .
