Cute and Cozy by the Beach, Perfect for a Beach Getaway!

A Comfortable, cozy and clean home, located a short distance from the beach. This cottage is adjacent to a public pathway that leads directly to the beach, a short 2 minute walk gets you to the sugary white sands and warm emerald waters of Pensacola Beach. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a large expansive wrap around deck. It is tastefully furnished and decorated in a relaxed beachy style, and accommodates 8 guests comfortably. The master bedroom is equipped with a California king bed and has a tempur pedic memory foam mattress for comfortable, and restful sleep, There is a 32" flat screen TV in the room and has a private bath. There are two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and another bedroom with twin bunk beds and a daybed with trundle. The great room area is bright with lots of natural light. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open and work well for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything one would need to prepare most any meal. The dining room and eat-in kitchen seats a total of 10. The wrap around deck is perfect for taking in Pensacola beach life, equipped with a gas grill , conversational seating, lounge chairs and a couple of rocking chairs. This home is ideal for a couple of families traveling with children or multiple generations of the same family. Come experience all that Pensacola Beach has to offer, while staying in a home that will feel like your "Home away from Home".

Excellent stay
The owner is a great communicator and the home was immaculate. The walk to the beach was very easy and the beach is gorgeous and not crowded. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Beds were are very comfortable, great water pressure in showers, wraparound porch with grill, and the interior is very nicely decorated. We wish we were there right now!

Everything was just perfect! There’s a walkway directly next to the house that brings you to the beach…like a 3 min walk. Linda, the owner was pleasant to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach House
We had a wonderful time and the house was absolutely beautiful! Linda was great with communication and made our stay very comfortable. It’s location was perfect! Just steps to the beach and plenty to do just down the road with great food and nightlife. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting the area.

We all loved this house. It’s the perfect size for a small to medium family. The best part is it truly is just a short walk, 3 mins or less, to the beach. And the beach area seemed less crowded that other areas. We would recommend any one stay here and we’ll definitely be coming back! Side note, was really cool to notice the owners original artwork on the walls!

Perfect home away from home
This home was clean and comfortable, just as described. There was plenty of space for all of us- 4 adults and 3 kids. We appreciated the beach gear - sand toys, chairs, umbrella, and towels. It was a quick walk to the quiet beautiful beach. The wrap around porch was my favorite feature, and grilling out with family will be a lasting memory. The owner is responsive and keeps the property well maintained. Highly recommend!

This house was great for our stay. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk on a beach access immediately adjacent to the house down to the gorgeous beach. There was nice furniture on the balcony that we also enjoyed. The inside of the house was in excellent condition and its decor was literally like it came out of a coastal magazine, super charming. We were so impressed and excited to have booked it! As a bonus, it was also great value. I would definitely book this house again when we return to Pensacola Beach. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic beach house!
We loved this house! It is a great location just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The inside is exactly like the pictures and is decorated very nicely. It is furnished like a house out of a coastal magazine! It had really nice hardwood flooring and an open floor plan. The bedrooms were very cute and spacious. There was a deck with nice furniture at the back of the house. The house was very clean. All the info needed for the stay was provided in advance which made it very easy. A great stay and we look forward to returning!

Perfect for Family Getaway
Well appointed home with very beachy feel. We found it very cozy with adequate furnishings. About a block from the beach with dedicated path on the west side of the house, for easy access. Wraparound deck made for easy entertainment. We had a seafood boil with out of town family, on the deck and the wide open space was absolutely perfect. Kitchen was well stocked, though most things are very dated. Stocked seasonings looked years old and should be replaced or ditched entirely. Slight musty smell from being closed up I’m guessing. But interior was clean and ready to use with no issues. Bathrooms were very dated but clean and adequate. Hosts were lovely. Highly responsive and extremely accommodating. If you’re looking for casual comfort, this is a perfect choice. Location was excellent in a quiet neighborhood. Though on the main drag, road noise was minimal from inside the home.

Wonderful stay in Pensacola!
Linda’s place is exactly like the pictures! She was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. We had our 2 month old so it was nice to have the sidewalk path right next to the house for easy access to the less busy streets for strolling. Easy check in and check out. Beds were VERY comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for College Freshman Drop Off
We enjoyed our family time in a comfortable house just a short walk to the beach. Convenient beach equipment, outdoor shower, great kitchen and bath space and very fun kids room to sleep up to 4 kids. My daughter loved the built in bunk beds. The adults enjoyed coffee on the covered balcony. Price was reasonable and when if we found a problem, the owner was very responsive by text and the problem was resolved very quickly. A little more laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent would have helped us complete our clean up, but we were overall very pleased. Our family had quality time together before dropping off our son for his freshman year of college.

Communication with Linda was quick and easy. The house was fantastic, just as listed, with everything we needed. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach! We only wish we could have stayed longer!
