This beach property is located on a cute lot approximately one football field to the beach on the bay side of Via DeLuna, the main road on the Island. It is one mile from restaurants, boardwalk and the pier with palm landscaped nice sidewalk and bike path. A Free Shuttle is available just in front of the street in Summer Months. Beautiful drive and bike/walking paths to the National Park Seashore.
Calm bay water for kayaking and safe swimming is located 1 block away and the boardwalk is nearby.
Local vendors, shops, convenient stores , gift shops, surf shops, Aveda Spa near.

wonderful
it was a very cute house with an interesting layout. we loved the location not too close to the hotels and noise but close enough to ride our bikes everywhere. a quick walk to the beach.

The overall stay was very nice, the owner was very communicative and helpful. The beds and showers are some of the nicest I’ve encountered, in a vacation rental. The house was just like the pictures, clean and plenty of amenities to make it homey. If I were ever to come back, I would probably stay there again. Very close to the beach and the access closest is handicap accessible. Very nice experience

Best beach house ever!
This is my first rental from VRBO. We are very happy with our experience. This house is awesome. Location is perfect. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Owner was wonderful to deal with-very helpful and always available. Will definitely book again.

We would stay again in this property with my small family. It had everything we needed except an outside grill and wish the cooking/frying pans were not worn or old enough, nevertheless it had served its purpose. Short walk to beach access. Owner replies promptly to messages. Enjoyed the Blue Angels practice and airshow.

Perfect Pensacola Beach location, central to EVERYTHING! We walked to the gulf every morning with our coffee and we watched 4th of July fireworks over the bay (just behind the house. ) Beds are extremely comfortable, bathrooms both had double shower heads, kitchen had everything we needed, courtyard kept our bikes and surfboards safe, and the outside shower had hot water! This house offers all the little details that make an extremely comfortable stay. We will be back!

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway!
Myself and 5 friends from all over the United States stayed at this cute little beach out. It had everything we needed! The new fridge was perfect for storing our grocery haul and all the appliances were in great condition. To our surprise, there was an outdoor shower that we took full advantage of with 6 guests, 3 showers total was a score! We appreciated the umbrella and camping/beach chairs to take with us to the beach. Plenty of couches/chairs in the entertainment room which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. No complaints at all!

This house was perfect for a fun beach vacation. The house was very clean and convenient!
This house was perfect for us as a couple. It was spotless clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The en suite master bedroom was very comfy and roomy. We did not even use the lovely second bedroom which was was lovely. The house was nicely decorated and the living room was great for watching movies and hanging out. My husband worked on the dining room table and the wifi was excellent. I enjoyed the private outdoor patio and the beach was a very short walk away. The house had plenty of beach chairs, towels, an umbrella - we had everything. The host made us feel so welcome and gave us lots of good local information. We would certainly stay there again and we recommend it.

Location, cute, and clean!
This comfortable house is in a perfect location on Pensacola Beach. It was furnished with all the needed amenities including items for the kitchen, linen for the bedrooms and bathrooms, and beach towels. We were able to walk over to the beach which is conveniently 2 blocks away and the house is located just a very short walk to some nearby restaurants, shops, and bars (if that is your thing). The rental is a clean 2 bedroom 2 bath home that is ground level with a very inviting adjacent patio area having a lot of pretty bamboo plants and tropical landscaping. Extra points are given for this house having no stairs to climb, being 1 block from a park for children to play in a play-ground (including a basketball court), and providing an outdoor shower. However, we did not need/use the outdoor shower as it was rented in January. Definitely would recommend this very affordable rental property to a couple or small family, as we are. Will rent here again the next time we are visiting this beach.

Great house! Great Location!
Enjoyed a long weekend at this awesome house! Location is great!.....Within walking distance to all the nearby restaurants, shopping, night life, yet far enough away to provide quiet time for relaxing. Trolley runs by all day/night long. A short walk to the beautiful beaches, and a cart is available to carry all your beach gear. The house is bright and comfy with two rooms that can accommodate 6 people and two bathrooms. The kitchen is great with a separate dining area. Large back yard to enjoy warm summer evenings. A great place to park your car, lay your head down on comfortable beds, and enjoy a relaxing, worry free time at the beach. Will definitely recommend to friends and plan on staying again. The owner, Brad, is great with communication and great to rent from. Thank you for your hospitality, Brad!

Quaint and comfortable
The house and beds were comfortable. Two beds in one room, one Bed in the master. All the appliances appeared to work. AC kept the house cool. We arrived well after sunset and had a little trouble locating the lock box due to how dark it was, but was able to text the host and received a prompt reply. There isn’t really any “storage space” for luggage, but we just piled everything in a corner to try to keep it out of the way. The table had to be moved in order for all of us to sit around it, but it wasn’t a huge ordeal. My only real concern was the house is right off the main road, and it can be difficult to ingress/egress the driveway. But with a little patience, traffic usually would space out enough to allow safe transitions. Host provided a wagon, umbrella, and chairs for beach use which was very helpful. Overall, it served our family of 6 well. There is a park close by as well as restaurants and a small convenience store.

Nice clean & comfortable beach house!
1. Great location for this beach house and perfect for a small family. Love this home is one story so that we did not constantly have to go up and down any stairs. 2. Surprising, only a 5-minute walk to the beach with a wagon provided as well as beach towels. House sits on a narrow part of the island, so location was both convenient to walk to the beach, but also walking distance to shops and restaurants. But, far enough away from any noisy bars. 3. Enjoyed sitting in the private bamboo courtyard that had a very tropical and relaxing feel each afternoon. 4. Nice clean beds and bathrooms with plenty of towels. Also, had everything needed in the kitchen. 5. Management was very responsive. Less expensive for what you get than most places viewed. Family and I had a great time. Will definitely return to this property!

Perfect little house
This is a perfect little house for comfort and location. Within easy walking distance to beach, bay, and shopping/restaurants. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and plan to return. Brad was so easy to work with and very helpful.
