Relax in the perfect beach condo, 7th-floor unit in Paradise. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and offers everything you will need to feel right at home. The master bedroom and guest bedroom both have comfortable queen beds. For indoor meals and entertaining there is a lovely dining set and bar stools. Head out to the balcony for a glass of wine or coffee to enjoy the best sunset or sunrise. Watch Sabine Bay come alive with Large Charter boats headed out to the Gulf for a day of fishing, and paddle boarders and kayakers taking advantage of the wonderful Florida sun. At day’s end marvel at the spectacular sunsets that melt into the horizon leaving behind the tranquil lights surrounding Sabine Bay. After nightfall watch the bay glow in rainbow hues with the newest Pensacola Beach attraction, Glow Paddle. There is a seasonally heated pool looking out over Sabine Bay as well as a great little gym area. Once you park your car in this gated complex, you won’t need it again until it is time to head home! The boardwalk and famous Casino Beach are within easy walking distance and there is a free beach trolley during the season to catch a ride where you don’t care to walk! Beautiful Condo
The condo is in a great location on Pensacola Beach. It has a beautiful view of the bay off of the balcony. Walking to the boardwalk is easy and the parking lot is gated.

Beautiful place in a gorgeous location
We've stayed in this building previously and have never been disappointed. It's clean and conveniently located in the middle of activity on Pensacola Beach. Would gladly stay here again. The hosts are very responsive and easy to deal with.

Perfect Location & Great View
This was the perfect location for a summer get away! The condo is located on the 7th floor of a very nice building that has a work out room and a pool. The view from the balcony is beautiful. You can see the waves rolling in on the beach and the peaceful sunsets in the evening. The condo is walking distance to many restaurants, gift shops, and “watering holes.” When you walk out the front door, you will see the iconic Pensacola beach ball. The property manager was so attentive. It was storming when we arrived and she worked very hard to get us in the condo as early as possible. We really appreciated the extra effort. We will definitely stay here again! Even with all the rain, we were comfortable and relaxed.

Great condo! It was very clean and felt like home. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the water and sunsets. Perfect location! We walked to several restaurants and was easy to navigate parking etc when we waned to drive.

Very comfortable and great location
We love the panoramic view and the beautifully decorated condo . It was so nice and centrally located which made it so nice because we had a 3 month old grand daughter. It was quite and family oriented. Great experience all around . Ready to come back already.
